Liger Travel is a startup company and a am still under registration. The company offer services such as Airport Transfers, Car Rental, City Tour and Airport VIP Lounge booking. Kindly visit the shared link for more information https://ligertravel.co.tz/

01.01 Décrivez votre startup en détail

This project will operate to all International Airports in Tanzania. I will offer Airport transfer service through my website were travelers can book for their transfer to or from the airport direct from the website. Another service is Car rental of which one can rent a car with driver or self drive after arriving to the airport. Another service is city tour, in this service travelers especially tourist who are coming to Tanzania for Safaris they may book for city tour may be on their arrival day around the respective city instead of staying in their rooms waiting for their safari day. Another service is VIP Lounge booking, through my website there is module which grant right for traveler to book for VIP service (for travelers who wants to pass through VIP or CIP terminals instead of normal channels) at the airport. After the business being stable i will add another service which will allow booking for shared charters flights in Tanzania. Kindly open the shared link

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

In all four different service type there are different problems solved. First, through Airport Transfer Service i will be able to help travelers to get affordable and reliable transport on arrival at the airport or from other location to the airport. Second Car Rental will enable travelers to get chances of renting cars when they arrive at the airport. Third, City tour will give travelers access to enjoy the beauty of the city they went to visit. Fourth, VIP lounge booking will help travelers to place booking for use VIP service at Airports. Although travelers can book by themselves direct at the specific airport portal but most of the traveler can not get that information since to airport the VIP service is not their core business so they do not advertise it, so since i will advertise my services it will be easy to reach to most of the travelers. Another problems solved here as per sustainable development goals are poverty since we will be paid for the service we deliver to travelers

My product is a unique product since it involve technology on delivery of the service to travelers

Potential competitors are Tour companies, their transfer price is so much high compared to my price plan hence it will be easy for me to sell transfer service to customer. All the other services will be sold to those customers who book transfer service easily.
