Our product is an amalgamation of well curated animations, audiobooks and text notes that aims at helping the average Tanzanian student excel in their studies.

Our product is an amalgamation of well curated animations, audio and text notes that aims at helping the average Tanzanian student excel in their studies. Statistically, through the use of Visual Aids such as 3D Animated concepts, increases more understanding of about 64% than using only notes which is only about 27%. This project will help students get more tools for studying at a very low cost, these include students in schools, QTs, Private Candidates or Kids who cannot attend school studies. Cost Implication: A student will only need to pay an amount of 2000 tsh per month, and will have an access to the library of notes, diagrams, animations and audios through the month, this is equal to 12usd for a whole year. Means of Delivery: 1. An app available on both iOS and android to enable students to have a personalized learning approach 2. A desktop version that is loaded with animations to visually explain concepts as a supplementary tool to aid teachers in their instructing role.

Our product solves the lack of quality and cost-effective supplementary learning material. We are empowering students to take control of their academic destiny by supplying them with relevant learning materials with an aid of Visuals Learning Tools such as Animations, Well-Illustrated Diagrams and Audiobooks.

Current mobile apps in our country provide notes as an alternative to books, but they fail to use Technology and ICT effectively for secondary education. Why Us? Our platform addresses this by offering four learning tools: Animations: Facilitate learning with more information than static graphics, making concepts clearer. Audiobooks: Save time, improve retention, and provide access for disabled students. Quizzes: Enhance knowledge application and organization. Notes & Highly Illustrated Diagrams: Curated content and detailed diagrams tailored to the curriculum for a quality education. A key feature is our animation library for school computer labs, enhancing STEM education by explaining localized content. Our affordable subscription model costs 3,000 Tanzanian Shillings per month, providing access to all content. Unlike competitors Shule Direct and tHL, charging 5,000 and 2,000 Shillings for limited offerings, we provide a comprehensive solution for educational needs.

The business impact we will have within our community is the firstly the users of the platform will have access to supplementary materials that can aid them best understand concepts (esp. In STEM classes) at a lower cost. Students will have access to learning opportunities in par to those available in elite schools. Also our business aims at creating a gig economy to teachers who will assist in verifying, developing and correcting the educational material. Furthermore the teachers through our platform will be able to make extra income once our private tutor marketplace is fully launched But it will also help disabled children and adults who have hearing problems and who have vision problems due to our solutions people with hearing disability will able to watch our videos which will be accompanied with subtitles and for those with vision disability will be able to use our audio books for learning.

In Inspire Hatua, our leadership team comprises four owners. Fred Adam serves as the CEO and also contributes as a 3D & 2D animation artist, collaborating closely with the Animation department in content creation. Cuthbert Mwabamba, as the head of the Multimedia Department, brings expertise as both a 3D & 2D animation artist and a sound engineer. Godfrey A. Benjamin, our CTO, specializes in Web Design and Web Development. Our e-learning platform is the first in Tanzania to offer a robust animation library specifically created for the Tanzanian curriculum and education system. Unlike other platforms in the country, our content is fully localized, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the national standards and learning objectives. This unique approach enhances student engagement and understanding, particularly in STEM subjects where visual and interactive learning can significantly improve comprehension of complex concepts. By providing high-quality, curriculum-specific animations, we address a significant gap in the market, offering an innovative solution that makes learning more effective and enjoyable for Tanzanian students.

Inspire Hatua faces direct competition from Smart Darasa, Shule Direct, and THL. Smart Darasa offers 3D animations, but these are not tailored to the Tanzanian curriculum and mostly consist of YouTube videos embedded in their system. Shule Direct and THL provide notes and quizzes but have a first-mover advantage, having entered the market early and operating with substantial capital, enabling extensive marketing campaigns. What sets Inspire Hatua apart is our robust animation library, which is specifically designed to align with the Tanzanian curriculum.
