We are into the production of freshly fried spicy organic ripped plantain with grilled chicken and freshly grilled mushrooms accompanied with freshly made organic fruit juice which is rich in nutrient , and healthy for human consumption.

Bella Byte seeks to promote healthy living among Ghanaians but in an aesthetic and tasty way thus we are into to engage in a farm-based restaurant where the plantains and fruits used for the business is organically produced by us with the use of our compost made out from the plantain peels and peels from the fruits from the frying. Since our main focus is to promote health, we use healthy cooking oils such as sunflower, and olive oil in our frying and grilling of the chicken. Our juice is also produced from organic fruits, and they go through a very hygienic means which is less harmful for human consumption.

Our product will promote healthy living, also, will help solve environmental issues such as environmental waste because the peels of the plantain and the fruits will be used as compost to feed the soil, making it healthier and nutritious.

My project is a descent source of income as we use our hard work and acquired skills to make a good source of living for ourselves, and also contribute to economic growth as unemployed who have no source of income will be employed and have the chance to gain a profitable income at the end .

Our project is a mini source of circular economy such that our waste which is the plantain peels and fruit peels are sent back to the soil to form a compost which is used to fertilize the soil to produce the organic fruits and plantains.

My product is innovative such that we do not only focus on the income we might get from the selling of the product but also we intend to put the health of our customers first and also make the meal inclusive for all classes of people

Restaurants who are already serving this tasty snack but what makes me standout from them is the mindset behind my project which is to promote good health and provide an inclusive menu for all classes of people and also it is sustainable.

Yes, my community is female dominated and most of them are unemployed, so my project seeks to curb this issue by creating job opportunities for these females in order to reduce teenage pregnancy and a good source of income for most of them.
