The approach will involve the deployment of qualified healthcare professionals, telemedicine capabilities, and partnerships with local authorities and healthcare organisations. The implementation plan encompasses vehicle procurement, equipment customization, staff recruitment and training, community collaboration, scheduling logistics, and referral systems. Sustainability measures include seeking grants, corporate sponsorships, fee-based services and community fundraising. Evaluation will focus on assessing reach, patient satisfaction, health outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback.

Antonio Yayrator Korkuvi - Medical Director Antonio Yayrator Korkuvi is a Medical Laboratory Scientist from University of Ghana. He took his national service as a medical lab scientist at Noguchi Memorial Hospital in Ghana and currently a master student in Climate change under Blue Economy at UCC, Ghana. Experience in disease detection and diagnostics. Eunice Bervelyn Owusua - Health Education Specialist Eunice Beverly is a Midwifery graduate from Atibie Nursing and Midwifery, Ghana. She is currently serving as a midwife at SDA hospital in Koforidua, Ghana. Experience in healthcare delivery and education.
