Through my research at Ashanti Mampong and Ejura, I noticed vegetable farmers face a lot of challenges. Example is the rotten of the vegetables like tomatoes 🍅 and carrot 🥕. My research team and I have decided to help solve this problem by: 1. Production of slice carrots in a CAN formed. Simply CANNED CARROT. Canned Carrot is a slice carrots package nicely in a CAN with tomato sauce ready to be used for Stew, Jollof Rice and any other used of carrot. 2. Production of Fresh Tomato powder. This process is done by dehydration of the fluid in the fresh tomatoes and processed it into powdered form. This can be stored for a longer period of time and once water is added to it, it becomes Fresh like normal fresh tomatoes. This process is different from tomato paste

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

The main problem this project intended to solve is the rotten of vegetables and expand it's shelf life. Vegetables like fresh tomatoes and carrots are perishable commodity that cannot last for about seven days after harvest but once processed into tomato powder and canned Carrot, it can last for about one year. 2. Another problem this project intended to solve is the stress consumers go through after purchasing this vegetables. Example like the carrot, before you can use it, you must wash it and cut/slice it before it can be used. Canned Carrot is already made product which will be ready to be used after purchasing without going through those stress. And also, consumers can keep it for a longer period of time before they use it.

She Can project mainly for women to empower them to be bold and act on any opportunity they see or come across. 2. The second one is, I did research on how technology is empowering women at Assin Foso and I realized, most women don't like the use of IT for projects and have don't identify the benefit of using IT in this modern world. I have started writing proposal on that project
