When we look at our Country Cameroon precisely the economic Capital Douala, in it's Urban areas like Bonapriso, Bonanjo, Akwa and Bali, are made of old houses, abandoned buildings, and uncompleted structures. Which leave the town undeveloped and shanty. But look at it this way, what if all those old buildings are renovated in to short leg apartments, tracing them in to estates and labeling with street numbers. It will not only make the town more attractive to tourists, diplomats, expatriate etc but will also give access to accommodation made easy and improve the economy of the country. It will also create employment opportunities to the indigins of that locality(the urban areas). And also security in that area. That will stop all the insecurities happening in that area. Due to this project the town will not only be economic capital but also a place of businesses for it will draw in more foreigners not only to invest but enjoy the beauty of our country.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

Urban structure, taking off old buildings and renovating them to brand new well structured and equipped apartments. This will make the Urban areas more clean, presentable and more accessible with street numbers placed on every building. The constructions or developments of estates that will make the town more organised and develop. It will also break the problem of insecurities, since it will bring in employments an employ street children making their lives better and that of the community. And finally turn the town in to a touristic town bringing in more foreigners and business too which will elevate out economy to the top.

There are already individuals running shortleg apartments in town but they do not build the structure of the urban areas, they are not easily traced or labelled. Yes they are existing but the town still has old and abandoned buildings by the road side. What makes us start is we are going in for renovation and rebranding the city. That will bring in tourist, creat employment and bring security.
