I work closely with my community in Karoi, Zimbabwe to establish beekeeping as a resilient livelihood option. By harnessing the power of bees for pollination, we enhance agricultural productivity, ensuring food security amidst climate uncertainties. Moreover, we prioritize biodiversity conservation by promoting native bee species and restoring habitats conducive to their survival. Through partnerships with local governments, NGOs, and businesses, we create a network of beekeepers committed to environmental stewardship. Our ultimate goal is to build resilient communities equipped to thrive in the face of climate change while safeguarding precious ecosystems.
