Hichem Mokni is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology innovator with a passion for revolutionizing the geospatial industry. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University in Germany, he brings a strong technical background to his ventures. Hichem's journey began as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer FKIE research institute in Germany, where he focused on aerial vision projects for seven years. His expertise in aerial cartography and photography led him to serve as the R&D Director at AVIONAV, a regional ultralight aircraft manufacturer in Tunisia. In 2021, Hichem co-founded NextAV, a geospatial startup aimed at democratizing access to high-quality satellite imagery. His vision is to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance the resolution of satellite images, providing sharper, more detailed insights into our world.
