This project is aimed to eradicate unemployment amongst South African youth slowly but surely. A marketing agency which focuses on skills development, training , field experience and also placement into permanent jobs .

PromoPulse Marketing Agency focuses on innovative and strategic marketing solutions, dedicated to helping businesses achieve their full potential. We are founded on the principles of creativity, integrity and excellence specializing in not only marketing, sales and promotions but also training and skills development while driving engagement and building brand loyalty. At PromoPulse it is all about up-sklling our youth through the different courses we will offer with certificates after completion, ensuring they get work experience offered by a team of professionals, which in our case is sales and marketing experience which aligns with our business part to build long-term relationships with our clients to build their brand and ensure they stand out in a competitive market. Once our young people has the necessary skills and work experience we will then work closely with other companies whereby we will place them in more stable positions with benefits. As our main goal is to empower youth.

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

The main problem I am trying to solve is the unemployment and lack of opportunitie amongst our youth due to lack of skills. Because many of our youth come straight from school or even graduates with no job experience or skills for companies to hire them , causes a high percentage on a yearly basis in our unemployed youth with lack of opportunities for them. So overall the main problem I am trying to solve is to eradicate unemployment and contribute to the economic freedom of youth within our country.

There are many major benefits of my company which for our young people to start with : * They will have the opportunity to gain the necessary skills required from companies attached with a certificate of proof. * They will also gain experience from our company through professional marketing agents. * Then lastly they will have the opportunity to be placed into stable jobs or get the necessary assistance to apply for jobs which they desire or even become entrepreneurs also contributing to the job creation . Then the benefits of our marketing agency for businesses will be : * Outsourcing marketing efforts allows the business itself to focus on their core operations while we take care of the marketing and promotions. * Our marketing agency can bring a different perspective that can inject fresh ideas and creative strategies. * Our agency can also provide a consistent and cohesive brand message across all marketing channels, ensuring that campaigns are integrated with your business goals.

As there is three different departments within my startup it firstly aims at assisting our unemployed youth with an opportunity to develop their skills and gain experience. Secondly our aim is to assist big businesses who wants to make use of our marketing expertise in promoting and creating brand awareness. Thirdly we are assisting companies through job placements saving them from long and dragging recrutiment processes whereby they will be able to choose employees on our data base. Overall we are serving each and every South African citizen from those who are unemployed, to the business owners and also to our people who will buy from us who is selling businesses products while the economy of our country is benefiting of this through the unemployment rate that will be lowering slowly but surely through our job creation.

My startup contributes to end poverty by upskilling the unemployed youth and using my resources to place them in permanent jobs once they completed their training and field experience. It also contributes on the marketing side through supporting social enterprises that aim to alleviate poverty by providing discounted marketing services. Another way is through raising awareness and as mentioned giving skills and training programs that teaches valuable skills and knowledge to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through mentorships and employment opportunities. Another way it can contribute to the no poverty goal is to develop marketing campaigns that aligns with my clients products or services with poverty reduction efforts and in conclusion my agency can play a vital role when it comes to ending poverty through creating awareness and campaigning to educate many people on ways to sustain their livelihoods.

My business idea is unique and innovative as there is not many companies willing to recruit unemployed people with no skills. We are not just a company focusing on making money but we are also focusing on educating and assisting our young people through training and skills development which will contribute to the economy by eradicating unemployment slowly but surely and it is one business idea that can never run out of young people to employee because there is always young people looking for opportunities and skill developement training.

My main potential competitors is other marketing companies, but what makes me different from them is my ultimate mission and vision as well as the structure of my marketing agency which is to recruit unemployed youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, assisting them in skills development and gaining work experience to overall placing them in stable jobs.

11.05 Menez-vous des actions au sein de votre communauté pour promouvoir le rôle des femmes entrepreneurs ?

Yes, when it comes to initiating actions within my community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs I often support female owned businesses. But outside of that I am an advocate for females and I often have gatherings whereby the females in my road come together and share their business ideas and I try to advice and assist them how and where I can in order to promote their business and find the necessary resources.
