The Cargo Waste Trolley is a service offered by Nyiko Gift Nkuna in environmental health and safety within communities public areas, schools and organizations in the form of providing environmental health and safety programs. Here the service being offered is of practicing a healthy and safe green culture and as the service being offered is a high potential form of addressing various health and safety needs and wants. The Cargo Waste Trolley aims to reach different communities and areas where environmental health and safety can be the drive to innovate young people to increase their ability to grow in an industry that will develop their skills, grow their potential in giving their passion to sports, health and safety and contribution to the access of healthy food to different communities. These programs and initiatives are focused through digital innovation and independency.

Enriching a Youth beyond the community, Youth Development in encouraging independency is on the rise as The Cargo Waste Trolley aims to encourage a culture of social awareness and economic trends and changes through various programs and initiatives. One growing program within the organization is the health program this programs purpose is to include the youth in encouraging different ideas and suggestions to address the socio economic differences that the industry faces. The health and wellness programs has seen a significant traction within the different communities its based in communities such as Soweto where The Cargo Waste Trolley started is one area that has experienced growth of the program another program is the recycling and sports programs which have been on a significant rise because both have addressed environment and mental health problems.

There is a much higher beneficial aspect to increase independency, this means that the more youth whom join the program the more they are aligned to understand how to be more independent within the field that the programs are designed for. 3. The increase of involvement. The environment health and safety field will see a more increase in participation and involvement of the youth as this will give a more new aspect of approach as the The Cargo Waste Trolley provides mentorship and programs on how to tackle different areas of the field through the digital space and in real time.

To date we have made a significant increase in how we operate and seen a positive impact in including two new directors as our organization has impacted more communities and youth through this decision as The Cargo Waste Trolley is a gender equality based organization.

The Cargo Waste Trolley has been introduced to the market as a startup towards the attachment of addressing issues in an existing market of environmental health and safety, what gives the services and programs and initiative a unique existence is the way in which they are offered to a generation/market whom are slowly welcomed in the field, in the new day and age there is a big variety of understanding the marketing and delivering expectations of services to the younger generation this is seen through the need of interest and relevance, The Cargo Waste Trolley is an organization that offers that expectation to the youth in a more deliverable effort through digital means and social availability. The digital space has become different in the last few years and The Cargo Waste Trolley has allowed its self to keep up with the growing trend in offering environmental health and safety through platforms that increase independence.

Yes. I am initiating actions within my community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs, as currently I am under various initiatives that promote women in entrepreneurship these initiatives are all encouraging the women in my community to spread their wings and find themselves through understanding the pro's and cons of entrepreneurship and what the benefits entail and how it can encourage up and coming young women to also go into leadership roles in and within their careers.
