The main objective of the project is to analyze the value stream in businesses for easy root cause identification. The start up specific objectives include, - visualization of oil and gas spatial data and business data to inform the business management on its performance. - Mapping of different point of sales for oil and gas for easy product identification. -Employing business intelligence techniques to derive narratives about all the data in the data warehouses and data marts. - Integration of available management information systems for oil and gas and agricultural sector to for easy value stream Assessment.. - Elimination of redundancy by optimizing Enterprise IT resources for example softwares and hardwares with in the enterprise. Most organizations buy Enterprise resource planning software but they do not optimize all features of the softwares to automate all business functions. - The project aims to simplify Periodic Key performance indicator reporting through data management .

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

My project is trying to help identify inefficiencies, bottle necks and areas of improvement e.g. transport delay, over production and poor market segmentation analysis in oil and gas sector. Similarly in other sectors e.g. the agricultural sector, the project can be used to map out the processes involved in producing, processing and distributing agricultural products. This can help identify opportunities to reduce waste, streamline opportunities and improve overall efficiency of supply chain. In both sectors value stream analysis can provide valuable insights into how value is created and delivered to customers enabling organizations to make informed decisions on where to focus their efforts to improve productivity reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
