This will be a sustainable project to empower at least 10 young(women and men) every year by teaching them practical agribusiness skills and give each one a farming (business) capital of at least 10+ Million Tsh at the end.Then bring others In to benefit.

To begin with, I will gather 8 young people who are ready to learn and commit themselves to bring changes. I will rent land (starting with 4 acres) and later buy it completely, in the Coastal Region which is close to the commercial city of Dar es Salaam (with many markets) and it is also easy to use the sea to export products to Zanzibar, Comoro and Seychelles in future. They will practice modern agriculture,starting from preparing the field,choosing the best seeds,growing seedlings,transplanting, serving it with natural insecticides and fertilizers + watering with drip irrigation system,harvesting,value addition and marketing. Percentage distribution after each sale: 15% Serving the farm,accommodation and charity for the community 65% Banked in a special account which will require the signatures of more than half of the participants to withdraw money,and distributed at the end of the year as business capital 20% Project expansion in order to receive more young people following year

The problems I am trying to solve are: 1-Elevating women economically through this agribusiness sector because most of them are as if they have been forgotten in this field. 2- Creating employment for young women and men because employment has become a challenge for many young people in my country and even in the world. 3-Increasing the daily income of young people so that they can make a living by finding a better home and educating their children and making a better and healthier family. 4-Produce quality food products in large quantities to facilitate its availability and make foods cheaper in the market in order to avoid the epidemic of lack of food and nutrients. 5-Increasing the gross national income through the tax on the crops we will produce. 6-To take care of the environment by striving to use the clean energy of sunlight in irrigation to reduce air pollution if we were to use more fossil fuel. 7-To maintain equality between women and men by involving them all together.

Since in this project I have focused on using natural pesticides in large quantities, the user of the produce(crops) will get the following benefits: 1-It will help a person to avoid the risks of getting cancer, heart problems, type 2 diabetes, if I were to use toxic pesticides in large quantity. 2-For children, these products will help them strengthen their immunity, good brain development and good body growth because I will not use toxic pesticides to a large extent. 3-Ecosysteam will be found in order to facilitate the life of other organisms that will use these products without toxic pesticides on a large scale, especially organisms that use crops without being able to wash the before eating. 4-The user of these crops will be proud of himself by supporting the use of crops that have been produced without polluting the environment or affecting other living organisms by using excessiveness of toxic pesticides.

The main beneficiaries of this project are: 1-All the young people who I will collaborate with in this project, because they will get enough knowledge about agribusiness because we will learn about the preparation of the farm, the selection of the best seeds, the planting of crops, the correct use of pesticides, planting crops and serving them, the best ways to store after harvesting, how to find markets, education on financial management, capital development and working together. 2-Transporters, they will earn income by transporting produce from the farm to the market. 3-Sellers in the market, these will get profit by selling our quality products at a good price, thus increasing their income. 4-Consumers, these will get the benefit of using quality products that focus on environmental care in its preparation, so they will have better health. 5-The government will also earn taxes, thus increasing its ability to serve its citizens by building better infrastructure for them like schools

Im collaborating with the following 4 people who supports me to start this project idea: 1-Mariam Miraji,This is an enterprising and combative woman who has enough experience in the management and operation of social and commercial institutions. She is the chief executive of the 'PowerLife Health and wealth Solution' institution, which is headquartered in Dar es Salaam but has its own branch in Nyamongo Tarime-Mara to enable women in groups to get loans and entrepreneurship training. I am still working closely with her to uplift women 2-Fatma Magenda,She will be my Vice C.E.O.She has developed expertise on customer service. 3-Chrisant Sindika,Accountant and Supervisor. He is goal driven and brings knowledge of making deals, creating leads,initial public offering, financial raising and management,advertising and branding. 4-Miraji Kazuri,He is marketing consultant and driver.Also He will be warden supervising and assuring the comfort of all young people participating in this project.

This project will enable to achieve this goal as follows: 1- To empower women more in the knowledge of the operation of good modern agriculture in order to gain profit, because they are the people who are paid low wages in many jobs, they have no education and property ownership is less for them. 2-To give capital to young people who will participate in this project, especially girls, capital to do business so that they can buy and own land and better houses in their communities. 3- To reduce unemployment by empowering young people to be self-employed, and to provide temporary and few permanent jobs within the project to the villagers who will be living around this project to earn money to support themselves every day. 4-To collaborate with the government and credit institutions to be able to provide low interest or no interest loans to the residents surrounding the project area so that credit services are easily accessible. 5- Collaborating with ant-poverty fighter institutions.

This project will contribute to the achievement of this goal by: 1- Producing in abundance the best commercial and vegetable crops with sufficient nutrients and increasing their value so that they can benefit the consumer's health by getting all the nutrients needed by the body to avoid malnutrition in our communities. 2-Looking for more investors in this agribusiness sector to invest in different areas in the country to support the production of good food throughout the country. 3-Creating a special campaign to mobilize the community around this project on the importance of access to good nutrition for the elderly, girls entering puberty, pregnant women and children under the age of five. This will be consistent with the distribution of foods with special nutrition for the groups mentioned. 4-We will use the best seeds that are resistant to climate change, natural insecticides and fertilizers in abundance to take care to of the health of the soil so that it produces crops for a while.

Within this project we aim to use natural insecticides and fertilizers in a large extent, so this project will contribute to this goal as follows: 1-End users will avoid the risk of getting diseases like; cancer, diabetes, heart disease, they will also increase body immunity, have good health and children will have good physically and mentally healthy growth 2-We, as young people who will serve this project, we will benefit healthily because we will avoid the effects of using toxic pesticides on a large scale when spraying insecticides on the crops. 3-Ecosysteam will exist to facilitate the life of small organisms that bring fertility to the soil as well as butterflies and bees that make honey through the flowers of crops and trees. So if you use toxic fertilizers and highly toxic insecticides, then it is easy to kill other living organisms. 4-All participants in this project we will be the front line against the use of drugs in society, especially for the national workforce (youth).

This project will make it possible to achieve this goal as follows; 1-We as young people,we will get money to be able to educate our children or our siblings including paying school fees and other costs, buying them exercisebooks, pens, school uniforms and so on. 2-Increase our knowledge by going through various seminars on agribusiness as well as visiting big farmers who have made progress in this field on how they use New modern agricultural equipment and the use of science and technology to produce more crops. 3-We will encourage and enable to the best of our economic ability, access to equal education for girls and boys starting from primary, primary, secondary, vocational and technical colleges such as VETA and universities. 4-We will provide the necessary crop taxes to enable the government to build better schools and pay teachers their salaries on time. 5-Visiting schools near this project to inspire students on the importance of education and give them gifts of school supplies

This project will help to archieve this goal as follows: 1- The project will involve both gender, thus making equality between girls and boys in promoting the economy and that each one of us is equal to the other in the economic and social fields. 2- The project will give more priority (70% in numbers)to girls in learning about agribusiness because in our society girls have been left behind in this field for years. 3- We will be encouraging girls to believe in themselves that they can fight for the nation and their economy growth by giving them various examples of brave women who have made strides in various fields of development, including agribusiness. 4- As the C.E.O and Founder of the project idea, I will ensure that my assistant is a woman to bring balance of ideas in making project decisions. 5- Cooperate with the community that will surround this project in opposing gender discrimination and violence against women, including the rape,female genital mutilation and child marriage.

This project will help in achieving this goal by implementing the following; 1- We will dig wells for crop irrigation, but we will also allow the citizens to get clean and safe water that we will be treated in one of the tanks for drinking in the camp. This will help the citizens around this project to get clean and safe drinking water and thus avoid stomach diseases. 2-And when the project becomes bigger, we will dig wells for clean water in the community and even schools and hospitals so that the people can get enough clean water for their daily use. 3-We will significantly reduce or completely stop the use of pesticides and toxic fertilizers to keep the air and water sources free from chemical contamination 4-We will plant many trees in the community in order to bring more rain and eventually people will be able to harvest rainwater. 5-Providing education to the community on the importance of taking care of water sources so that they are not damaged and cause water shortages.

This project will help achieve that goal as follows; 1-Providing education to the community surrounding the project on the importance of using clean energy that does not affect our environment. 2-To use a certain percentage of the profit in the project (to give back to the community) to buy gas cylinders at a wholesale price and sell them to citizens at half the price of the street market, this will make every citizen motivated to buy so that every citizen can cook with gas and abandon the use of charcoal and wood. 3-We as young people in our project will be an example to be followed by the community by using gas for cooking, this will give a lesson to others to imitate through us. 4-We will be a role model by using the energy of sunlight to illuminate the night and pump water from the well to the irrigation tanks and avoid using fossil fuels that contribute a lot to destroying the environment, so we will encourage the people who do not have electricity in Tanesco to use solar energy.

This 'Youth In Farm project' will achieve this goal as follows: 1-We will ensure that we fulfill the rights of all workers who will be involved in this project directly or indirectly, taking care of their interests and their safety in the work area to avoid diseases and accidents that are avoidable by providing equipment to protect themselves from such harm . 2-Not allowing the employment of children in workplaces, especially jobs that use a lot of energy and that waste their study time. 3-I believe this project will continue to grow, We will be receiving more young people after every year to give them practical agribusiness training and provide them with profit after the harvest (capital) to go and do a project like this and create permanent and decent jobs that brings sustainable economy for them 4-We will collaborate with youth empowerment institutions to provide loans or funding to the national workforce (youth) so that they can do projects like this as it is a decent work.

Through this project, we will enable the achievement of these goals by doing the following: 1-In future,we will involve the people surrounding this project with their leaders to get common ideas about starting a small factory to process the products we want to produce as a project or even their products from the villagers to add value to them. This will help the value-added products to have a better price in the market (supermarket) and ultimately increase income, it will also be an employment opportunity for other citizens to work there. 2-We will cooperate with the council government to build road infrastructure even of gravel level towards the factory to facilitate transportation, in case the roads do not exist or exist but not in good quality. 3-As a project, we will use several percent of profits to repair the infrastructure of schools and clinics. 4-We will receive and appreciate all creative ideas from the youth of the project or from the citizens and work on them effectively.

Within the country 1-We will have the best institutional policies on fighting corruption, this will help everyone in this project to see themselves as equal to others in getting services or important needs and to eliminate inequality between us. 2-We will be at the forefront in motivating the responsibility of workers and public leaders where the absence of accountability leads to corruption in society and leads to inequality in the fields of economy and social services. 3-We will remind the government to remove the system of paying crop tax twice when the crop crosses more than one district or region even if you have already paid the tax in the beginning,because this system creates inequality between small crop traders and other traders. B. Among countries 1-We will encourage a campaign of open markets between countries so that each one can sell products equally,and remove oppressive taxes for the product coming from abroad

This project will help to achieve this goal by doing the following: 1-Firstly ,for us young people who will work in this project, we will earn income and enable us to build better houses that can withstand some natural disasters such as strong winds and moderate earthquakes. 2- We will motivate and even financially empower some citizens to build better and inclusive housing in the community that will surround this project based on the principles of urban planning. 3- We will be growing seedlings of shade trees and fruits and distributing them to the citizens so that they can be planted and cared for in order to protect the environment and bring rain and clean air to the residence to avoid lung cancer caused by inhaling toxic air. 4-We will collaborate with environmental institutions to provide education on tree planting and the effects of cutting trees to avoid natural disasters such as hurricanes, soil erosion, lack of rain and excess air pollution for current and future generations.

This project will supports this goal as follows: 1-We will use the best and modern methods in preparing, serving, harvesting, storing and even transporting the products(crops) so that it does not spoil and remains at the quality that deserved in the market standards and finally reaches the consumer with high quality read to be consumed. 2-We will cooperate more openly with the chemical control authorities on reducing or completely abbandon the use of heavy toxic chemicals in the field that cause harm to the soil, water and air and lead to harm to the health of the final consumer. 3- We will use modern means of communication in advertising and making it clear about our products in order to make it easier for customers and consumers to get products easily and within a short time without suffering, this will reduce the long chain between the producer and the consumer, thus simplifying the availability of products and saving time.

To support this goal, my project will do the following: 1-I will make sure that we personally, as the youth of this project together with other farmers, are looking for and using alternative methods of agriculture that support climate change in order to continue to produce more and better crops in order to continue to increase incomes and eliminate hunger and poverty in the community. These methods are like; Using seeds that have been researched to withstand climate change as well as using a drip irrigation system where the farmer is sure to water the crops all the time and not depending on the uncertain seasonal rains. 2- In the future, we will develop an application that will help farmers to be updated and notified about climate change and take precautions to save the crops that have already been planted or what to do for those who want to prepare the farm. 3- We will produce many tree seedlings and conduct a campaign to help the citizens plant them to try to improve our climate.

Our project will support this goal by doing the following: 1-Since the sea absorbs 30% of the carbon dioxide produced by industries and leads to the sea becoming acidic and increasing its depth,we will produce tree seedlings and cooperate with the citizens to plant them in abundance to reduce the sea's absorption of a large amount of CO2 gas. This will protect species those who live in the sea and the sea itself. 2-In carrying out our project, we will largely refrain from using pesticides that can pollute the air, and fossil energy so that we will not produce more carbon dioxide air in abundance that is inhaled by the sea 3-We will participate in campaigns to clean our sea by cleaning it with other stakeholders of environmental and sea issues 4-We will give ideas to the government about imposing heavy fines on factories that discharge highly toxic waste water into the sea and even if they have to be closed to save the sea and its creatures 5-Prevent illegal fishing that kills fish eggs

This project will help achieve this goal by doing the following: 1- We will grow many tree seedlings and cooperate with the citizens in our project area to plant them to remove the signs of desertification and try to compensate for the trees that were cut down in the past, including planting grass to prevent soil erosion, especially in areas damaged by floods if those areas will exist. 2- We will use a percentage of the profit in this project to provide education to the community on the importance of taking care of our environment as well as giving gifts as incentives to the villagers who will be at the forefront of the environmental conservation movement. 3- Advising the village government to have strict laws for all people who dig sand carelessly for construction and cause valleys and erosion that can be avoided. 4- Advising the government to increase the budget for managing and preserving the environment, including the preservation of biodiversity and all ecosystems.

This project will help achieve this goal as follows: 1- As the Head of this project,I will ensure that my assistant will be a woman to bring equal responsibility in making institutional decisions to build a strong and transparent institution. 2- We will cooperate with the village government to contribute to the payment of joint protection for young people who will be patrolling at night to bring peace to the people and their property.Also this will help to ensure the safety of our crops and other assets of this project . 3-We will be a good example in avoiding conflicts between herders and farmers by putting up a fence in the area of our project, as well as providing education on the importance of respecting land boundaries to avoid conflicts. 4- In collaboration with law enforcement agencies(police and courts),we will ensure that there is access to justice for all within this project and even outside the project (villagers) regardles of personal body colour, religion, tribe or gender.

05.08 Justification de mon projet

05.01)-6,but there are still many food consumers (e.g yellow hot-paper) sprayed with toxic pesticides in the fields. I will use more natural pesticides unlike many others do. 05.02)-2,this crop exists but many people make mistakes during it's cultivation and value addition. 05.03)-6,I will produce(e.g yellow hot-paper) in abundance with quality and add value that is not witnessed today. 05.04)-7,many food products (e.g. yellow hot-paper) today are not added value to be accepted internationally, I will improve by adding ruqired value. 05.05)-7,I will produce food (e.g. yellow hot-paper) in abundance and the best in the market, and help (in service) my fellow youths to raise themselves economically. 05.06)-7,this project will produce crops (e.g. yellow hot-paper) with good quality(healthy) in large quantities to meet the needs of local and foreign markets. 05.07)-6,for example,existing hot peppers do not have a good smell,but these yellow hot-papers it's smell is attractive to consumers.

05.09 Qui sont vos principaux potentiels concurrents et qu'est-ce qui vous différencie d'eux ?

I intend to start with the yellow hot-paper, which is profitable and is very much needed as an important ingredient in many food recipes. My competitors are: 1-Small farmers,They use old methods to cultivate finally harvest little,also they use a lot of toxic pesticides that affect the environment and the health of the final consumer, also they do not add value to their crops. 2-Large farmers,some of them have some characteristics of small farmers that I mentioned above, but most of them produce in abundance with no quality to be accepted in foreign markets, thus failing to expand the business scope (markets). My difference: I will farm modernly using modern equipments and quality seeds following expert advice,use a lot of natural fertilizers and pesticides that are not harmful to health and the environment,also I will increase the value to my crops so that they can be sold in the normal markets,supermarkets and international markets to expand our business and promote our country.

10.06 Menez-vous des actions au sein de votre communauté pour promouvoir le rôle des femmes entrepreneurs ?

Yes, -Because I work part-time in an institution (PoweLife Health and Wealth Solution-Sirari and Nyamongo-Tarime),one of its tasks is to help women entrepreneurs get interest-free loans for their groups from the government or other places. -I visit groups of women entrepreneurs in Nyamomngo-Tarime to give them training and to increase their knowledge on the education of running groups for profit and raising capital. -I have participated in campaign of spreading (give charity) girl pads in some schools in Nyamongo 27-31 May 2024 through PowerLife Health and wealth solution institution. -I have participated in organizing a festival for women entrepreneurs 'TWENDE MARA-Women Wealth and Health Gala' held on March 01-14, 2024 in Nyamongo-Tarime attended by Honourable guest Jokate Mwegelo who was the general secretary of(National women's union)-UWT Taifa. -And yet I personally use my spare(extra) time, give entrepreneurship education to various women and girls.
