The project aims to introduce a nutritious biscuits in order to addressing death of women and children caused by stagnation. The project will create jobs Ina agricultural, manufacturing, marketing, retail sector and will align with government initiative promoting agricultural, food security, and nutrition initiative, with an market value at approximately 100 Tsh billion in 2023 and expected to grow at compound annual growth of 7 - 10% in next five year. The business will use product differentiation, brand positioning, digital marketing, sampling camping, seasonal and cultural promotion as a marketing strategies. The business will invest in modern baking technology in order to insure efficient and high quality production, emphasis sustainable farming practice of sweet potatoes and compliance with food safety and health regulations. Therefore, business will implement strick quality control measure to insure product and safety.
