QuickFill is a user-friendly mobile application system that aims at bringing closer customers to their retailers in day to day purchase of their commodities by enhancing the availability of products and services to their customers

QuickFill focuses on shell services. Shell offers many services apart from just buying fuel, they are also equipped with other services such as retail services such as shops and supermarket. The application will provide the user with the available shells near him/her with the services that are available (supermarkets, ATM and others). With this application a user can enter into advanced features to his/her liking for services such as postpaid services, pre-ordering of services and seamless payment which can be coupled with instant delivery and furthermore guaranteed loan payments for the regular customers and business ventures vehicles.

For a person who is new in town, and wants to buy some bites and snacks from traveling, the first place he/she might think about is the shell. The world is currently evolving and nowadays shells are coupled with different services. How to reach best more customers for their retail services than advertising their products in the mobile Application. Furthermore, people want convenience in services, through this app, users can order his or her commodities make a purchase online, and carry it back well-packed once he/she is out of the office, and even more interesting a person can get a loan of up to a certain amount of fuel using his or her license and/or business TIN using the application to ensure guaranteed loan payment.

First of all, the shells can reach quite a large customer base. Second, it will serve better the company since the company will have close relationship to their customers and through analytics that can know what to serve better their customers to ensure their satisfaction And lastly, it may increase the overall profit of the company.

However, the main stakeholder of this project is a shell company that apart from increasing their customer base from this application through improved customer satisfaction with their services and products, the most beneficiary targeted group of people are the customers of the shell ranging from a pedestrian (those who walk by foot) to those group of people who own the vehicles and motorcycle since it will enable them to make early orders on products and services, get instant loan and also view different services their shells offer near them.

Walid Waziri Kowero, a final year student pursuing a BSc. Electronics Engineering at UDSM with a passion for electronics and embedded systems but also an enthusiast in Python programming and web development in both front end and backend using PHP, javascript, CSS, and MySQL Database. Neria Rutashobya, a final year pursuing a BSc. Electronics Engineering at UDSM, whom apart from being intuitive in electronics, embedded, and robotics, she is further interested in Python Programming employing Django for web development, and also she has a lot of passion for machine learning and AI. PaulaMillie Makafu, a final year student pursuing BSc. in Computer Engineering and IT, she has in-deep knowledge on database programming using MySQL, and web development using Django a python framework for web development, and through a Bootcamp, she has equipped herself with further knowledge on mobile Application Development using Flutter
