Our gas stoves in Tanzania aims to revolutionize cooking practices by creating eco-friendly stoves using clay, recycled plastics and iron. The financial aspect involves an initial budget of 20,000,000 TZS, covering materials, production and market costs. Materials include high quality clay (5,000,000 TZS), recycled plastics (8,000,000 TZS) and iron for structural components (4,000,000 TSS). These materials are chosen for durability, affordability and eco-friendliness. Production involves skilled artisans crafting stoves with efficient burners and study construction. Quality control measures ensure safety and performance standards are met. Marketing strategies include, promotional campaign, demonstrations and partnership with local distributors, price is competitive to attract customers while ensuring profitability. Generally, this project combines innovation, sustainability and affordability to provide cleaner cooking solutions and improve livelihoods in Tanzania.

Biomass is Tanzania's largest energy source. Although much of it, is produced in Traditional and unsustainable ways. It is estimated that more than 95% of house holds in Tanzania uses fire wood and charcoal as their source of energy for cooking. Due to the effects of air pollution caused by cooking with charcoal and fire wood, more than 33,000 Tanzanians die prematurely every year. Women and children are the most affected by burning woods and charcoal. Not only deforestation but also the gases emitted contributes to global warming and greenhouse effects. Due to serious campaign from the government, most house holds have transformed to the use of natural gas for cooking, but still most of public spaces (like schools) and in public events (like wedding ceremonies) uses burning charcoal and firewood as the main source of cooking energy. Therefore, there is need to invent on gas stoves that are cheap, durable and which uses low amount of energy for consumption.

01. Environmental conservation, as people will stop using charcoal and firewoods, deforestation, global warming and green house effects will be highly reduced. 02. Saving deaths, due to the use of burning charcoal and firewoods, more than 600,000 African including 33,000 Tanzanians die every year and most of them are women and children. Thus, as this project enhance, the number of deaths will go on minimizing. 03. Increase in economy and provides employment opportunities, from the commencement of this project government taxes will be paid which contributes to the rise of country's economy. Also through this project employment opportunities shall be created thus, increasing individually economy. 04. This project will act as the motivation to various societies on stopping the use of burning charcoal and fire woods.

As humans needs food for survival, food need to be prepared for consumption and the primary way is by cooking. Thus, every human being need cooked food for living. This implies that the targeted beneficiaries of this project are all people. Its hard to reach all the population at the beginning, thus during the start of this project we shall serve to four main targets which are, domestic users (house holds), schools, restaurants and to various ceremonial events like weddings and others. Its hard to have ceremonial events every day which makes it difficult to serve. Therefore, we have come with a solution. We shall have big gas stoves for rent, thus, whenever there is a ceremony either wedding, burial or others, the product can be rented at cheap and affordable price.

As many claims that the price for natural gas in Tanzania is high, others also complain about the price of both gas and electric stoves. Among our aims is to provide gas stoves which consume small amount of energy. Hence, this will increase the span of energy consumption. By doing so the energy price will be lowered making it Affordable by wide range of population. Also through this project people will be employed. As the project is widely known to most people within the societies, other entrepreneurs can buy our product as wholesale and sell it as retailers. Therefore, this projects intends to create a lot of opportunities to all kind of people hence, fighting poverty.

We shall have a lot of campaigns during the ongoing of this project, while most campaigns will be on educating on the effects of burning charcoal and firewoods our other campaign will base on fighting hunger. This campaign shall most focus on poor part of the community. On each year profits, we shall deduct some percentage to buy food for this community, we also know that not all people in the community can afford to have our product thus, at the end of each year we shall be providing some of our products for free to the community or families with needs. This will also help to increase our reputation and make our project rise to new heights.

As the main goal of this project concentrates on clean cooking by eliminating the use of burning charcoal and firewoods, this plays excellent role on good health and well being as follows Burning charcoal produces two gases, nitrogen oxide which contribute to smug, haze, respiratory illness and lung diseases. When wood is burnt oxygen and others elements in the air reacts to form carbondioxide which is released in the atmosphere and when enters the human body, it affects the respiratory system. Thus, eliminating the usage of burning charcoal and firewoods will minimize rate of these diseases from infecting people. Therefore contributing to good health and well-being.

Approximately 75% of schools in Tanzania uses burning charcoal and firewoods in cooking. This sometimes delay the cooking process due to various reasons, among them being hard to control heat, it is limited to some areas, it requires a lot of man power and it depends with the nature of environment. By using gas stoves, we save a lot of time during cooking as it is limitless to many factors compared to burning charcoal and firewoods. By using burning charcoal and firewoods for cooking, many schools timetables are often not followed due to delay of either breakfast, lunch, or dinner periods, this alone decreases the efficiency of quality education to many schools. To sum up the above explanation, this project will help to maintain the efficiency and promotes quality education.

Our gas stoves are more efficient than traditional cooking methods like fires or solid fuel stoves, they cook food faster and more evenly. In ares where women involved in income generating activities like food preparation or catering, using our gas stoves can increase productivity, leading to economic empowerment and independence With time saved from cooking using our gas stoves, women and girls may have more opportunities for education or skill development, contributing to their personal growth and social economic advancement.

The shifting to cleaner cooking fuels like LPG and LNG can indirectly reduce water pollution associated with traditional cooking methods such as ash disposal from wood or charcoal stoves contaminating water sources. Indoor air quality, our gas stoves do not produce indoor air pollutants compared to solid fuel stoves, leading tho healthier indoor environments. This indirectly benefits health and sanitation by reducing respiratory diseases and related health issues.

Our gas stoves will use natural gas, The design of the gas stoves will consider heat gain and loss factors, also the design ensures 95% of heat distribution through out the vessel. This not only ensures the use of clean energy as Liquefied Natural energy (LNG) but also reduces the amount of energy to be used by our product making it more affordable.

This unique blend not only prioritizes sustainability and cost-effectiveness but also ensures durability, safety, and efficient heat distribution. By leveraging locally sourced materials and eco-friendly practices, we offer a fresh perspective on affordable, durable, and environmentally responsible cooking appliances, making a tangible impact on both consumers and the planet.

05.09 Qui sont vos principaux potentiels concurrents et qu'est-ce qui vous différencie d'eux ?

Our competitors shall be, imported gas stoves brands, traditional gas stove manufacturer, local artisans and crafts men, innovative startups and eco-friendly appliance manufactures. After a thorough market research to identify current trends, customer preferences and gaps in the market, we have discovered that still most current gas stoves have not solved the problem of energy consumption, we shall focus mostly on insert gas stoves, our stoves will distribute evenly heat to 80% of the vessel at once. This minimize the use of LPG and LNG making it to costs. In our community, most ceremonies and public spaces like schools use burning wood and charcoal, the reason is due to the price of gas being high. As our products will consume less energy hence this will generate us opportunities as people will get focus on our stove. We shall also make special gas stoves that shall be rented and returned during special events mostly ceremonies.
