Absolutely, promoting the role of female entrepreneurs is a personal and professional commitment for me. In addition to leading Nukusime, I also run a cleaning service business that employs a dedicated team of women. This initiative not only provides employment opportunities but also empowers women to take on leadership roles and gain financial independence. Moreover, I am an active member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) alumni network, which is dedicated to fostering leadership and entrepreneurship across Africa. Through YALI, I actively participate in programs and initiatives that support and mentor women entrepreneurs, helping them to overcome barriers and succeed in their ventures.
