My project is a retail located in the up country where they access of goods is limited due to distance to the Urban center. My project is a retail shop where I get items from a wholesaler and then resell them to the community at a retail price.

I began a retail shop back in the village after realizing people walked far to buy foodstuffs. I go to a wholesaler once a day 6am and buy whatever i can since a make sales of not more than 3000 because i have limited stock but i try to keep it running.

The main problem is capital. I don't have enough money to stock up the business hence i maximize the little i have.

My target is the whole community at largr since i deal with foodstuffs, stationaries and sanitaries

My startup is a model where i bring my services closer to the community. This helps people from travelling to get the same services.

06.09 Analyse compétitive

Supermarkets are the main competitors since they are cheaper by getting their items directly from the companies but what makes me stand out is the strategic local of my startup.
