Our startup is dedicated to software development with a multifaceted approach that includes website design and development, email setup and support, app development, web app development, web maintenance, and coding tutoring and mentoring. We aim to empower women by providing employment opportunities, mentorship, and training for aspiring female developers. By fostering a supportive environment, we help women break into the tech industry, which has traditionally been male-dominated. Our comprehensive services not only cater to the technical needs of our clients but also contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce in the tech sector.

The main problem we aim to solve is the underrepresentation of women in the tech industry. While women are increasingly being accepted into tech roles, many, especially from low and medium-income families, are hesitant to pursue careers in this field due to a lack of confidence, resources, and support. This reluctance stems from societal expectations, financial constraints, and limited access to mentorship and training. Our goal is to bridge this gap by providing the necessary resources, training, and mentorship to empower these women to pursue and thrive in tech careers.

Empowerment and Inclusion: By focusing on the training, mentorship, and employment of aspiring female developers, we promote gender diversity in the tech industry and create opportunities for women to thrive in technical roles. Personalized Mentorship and Training: Our coding tutoring and mentoring programs provide personalized guidance and support, helping aspiring female developers build their skills and confidence to succeed in a competitive industry.

Our startup’s products and services are aimed at two primary groups: Businesses and Organizations: With the growing tech industry, website and web-related services are a necessity to any business as it will ensure the business is well-placed online and can reach clients from anywhere in the world. Secondly, we aim to help business automate their business processes. Aspiring Female Developers: Women who are interested in pursuing careers in tech, particularly those from low and medium-income families who have had limited access to training, mentorship, and employment opportunities. By providing them with the necessary skills, support, and job opportunities, we help them overcome barriers and confidently enter the tech industry.

I'm an IT professional with 7+ experience in software engineering, web development, and IT management. Throughout my career, I've led various projects, acquired clients, and supervised teams. My experience includes spearheading website development projects across multiple countries, implementing digital solutions for businesses, and providing technical support and training. My skills in software development, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence make me a valuable asset in the IT industry. I have also engaged in several non-formal coding bootcamp targeting girls between 7-17years and also done one on one coding tutoring.
