My project aims at promoting environmental clean up through a plastic recycling process. It seeks to reduce the high volumes of PVC materials or plastic materials disposed to the environment and thus improving on environmental safety and integrity.

Environmental clean-up has become an issue not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. This is due to the volumes of PVC materials or plastic waste materials which continue to increase in the environment every passing minute. This has caused a concern among the better health promoters due to poor disposal methods used. The alarming increasing volumes of plastic waste disposal are a chronic problem. Unemployment is also a thorn in the flesh of all governments globally. Therefore, there is also need to come up with industries or business opportunities which can solve unemployment problem. On the increasing volumes of plastic waste materials, starting a plastic recycling plant will help to solve the disposal problem. This may start at small scale and as time goes on such plant may end up recycling volume of plastic waste materials hence in a great extent help to solve the problem of disposing the waste materials.

This project seeks to provide a solution to the issue of environmental degradation caused by careless disposal of plastic materials. High volumes of plastic materials are disposed daily to the environment and this has become great hazard globally. The health promoters have faced the challenge on how plastic materials on can be handled so that they can be of great benefit in return. This projects seeks to do recycling of the materials and consequently create employment opportunities for many jobless youth in our society.

One major benefit is ensuring a clean and safe environment that would enhance sustainability as part of the Millennium development goals(MDGs).Secondly, the project shall create new job opportunities for many hopeless youths that have remained jobless for long. Thirdly, this project will be a great boost to the government's efforts to promote environmental sustainability as one of the MDGs. Lastly, the project shall enable production of cheaper plastic products which will help solve the problem of environmental pollution eg through production pit-latrine slabs.

The project intends to impact on the society members who are direct beneficiaries of the environment. The society will also benefit from the cheap products that would be produced from the plastic recycling process such pit latrine slabs, pavement plastic slabs, ground tiles etc.

This project aims at promoting the environment especially land which is the main source of production. When the environment is polluted the rate of production decreases which in turns causes poverty. Besides, the project will enhance employment to many poor and jobless youth in the society. Many families shall be uplifted financially from jobs that would be created by the project.

Environmental wellness is closely related to food production. Recycling of the plastics would ensure the environment especially land is free from degradation by nonbiodegradable products such as plastics. A health environment would foster better food production which would lead to zero hunger. Additionally, the employment of people will improve the financial statuses of many families which will now be able to take care of their basic needs such as food.

The project shall indirectly impact on wellbeing and health. Human beings will thrive well in terms of health in an environment that is free from pollution. Any direct pollution of the environment would mean low food production and thus poor health and malnutrition

The project intends to use energy products that promote environmental integrity as sources of fuel. For instance, the use of biogas, industrial gas, wooden waste products such as saw dust shall be the major sources of fuel in the recycling process. These sources will ensure that flora and fauna are not affected

My startup contributes to industry innovation since the project will involve production of unique products that are not currently available in the market. The products would include pit latrine slabs, pavement slabs, cabros, eave covers, facia boards, internal and external wall covers, floor tiles, fencing posts etc. The products shall be cheaper and more durable and sustainable compared to the current products in the marketplace.

The project seeks to address the issue of economic inequalities. For instance, the production of cheaper products would mean that more people who wouldn't afford them before would now access and afford them. Both the poor and the rich can easily obtain the products at reasonable prices.

The projects seeks to promote sustainable cities and communities through a strategic plastic recycling process that shall enhance clean land that is free from pollution. Polluted land would affect flora(Plant & tree growth) which indirectly affects climatic conditions. Any change of climatic conditions can lead to increased global warming.

This project is about plastic recycling and thus prevents land hazards from non-biodegradable materials. Through, the land or soil will remain health for flora to flourish. More plants would mean more rain and securing of water catchment areas that help preventing desertification, improving forest sustainability and the terrestrial ecosystem.

The project idea is unique and innovative since it promotes plastic recycling through an affordable and unique process. The products from the recycling shall be very unique and a better version of the ones in the market. Additionally, the products shall be cheaper, more sustainable and will promote environmental beauty. For instance, cheaper wall covers will be readily available on better prices than the current ones

My main potential competitors are other major plastic recycling companies in the country. However, Our project is unique since it seeks to touch the lives of the local people within our rural communities.
