This project entails recycling used toner cartridges to reduce cost of printing by more than 60% and safe the environment from landfills that comes from thrown away used toner cartridges.

One of the most crucial item or process that barely no office, organization, institution or small entities will do without is print and media. The cost of printing in each of these entities has been increasing each day from the past. the print business dominated by few companies in the world is no less than than razor and blade business model where the printers are sold for very affordable prices to extent of below manufacturing cost because the companies would later make extremely huge profits from sale of toner cartridges. Therefore, by reducing cost of manufacturing by way of reducing raw materials involved by way of reusing used cartridges is the major factor in this project.

1. Economy. Consumers will benefit by saving on cost of purchasing toner cartridges at relatively lower price The manufacturing process will create jobs for people to work in the whole process 2. Environmental impact Reusing the toner cartridges reduces number of cartridges that end up in landfills resource conservation. due to reused toner cartridges, resources which instead would have been used in manufacturing are reserved. 3. Carbon footprint: re-manufacturing involves less energy than the initial raw materials conversion to finished product. 4. Reduced dependence on imports.

1. Reduced cost of business operations due to reduced cost of toner 2. Reduced use of new raw materials every time a new cartridge is required enables us to conserve on resources 3. Competition from these re-manufactured toner cartridges will challenge the OEM cartridges and there will exist an equilibrium of prices of the existing players in the market 4.Reduced conversion of materials to finished products due to re use of existing cartridges reduces carbon emission to the environment hence saving our ecosystem. 5.reusing leads to reduced landfills and e waste into our environment.

recycling any kind of product is not a emergence of a new product because the product in the first place was existent, however it is the method of production that has been changed.

Non OEM products that are cheaply priced but the products we are envisioning will go through thorough standardization to achieve the quality of OEM products.
