This is an application intent on finding anything - and anyone - that you may be looking for. It eases the effort of the hustle and bustle of physically searching and instead brings a myriad of options right to your smartphone.

It is basically an application idea that is still in the works, that uses the Google Maps/Location services to locate and find a number of things such as property to lease or purchase, vehicles for sale or hire, services being offered, and even to locate people, lost/misplaced devices, etc. The primary purpose is to create an avenue where everything - and everyone - can be found easily and rapidly so long as it meets the necessary terms and conditions that will be categorically detailed in the catalogue of services offered by the application.

The application seeks to reduce the effort put in when trying to locate something or someone and thus makes the work easier and more efficient. In addition, this application will save on the time spent in trying to locate what or who someone is looking for, and with it an added advantage of surety and foolproof guarantee that one will find what and whom they are looking for.

The application will be available to each and every one in possession of a smartphone. As human beings, the emotion of need and want is common in all of us, so there will be a definite moment in life (sometimes more than we care to admit) when we need to find someone or something, and the availability of an application that can ensure the same is done from the palm of the hand is a definite plus. Furthermore, the application aims at integrating the use of Artificial Intelligence which will enable the application users to not only locate what/whom they are searching for, but also have an up-to-date method of doing so that is guaranteed to be successful.

My main competitors are actually limited, and their services are not as inclusive as mine in the sense that they are only limited to either finding property or people separately and not conjunctively. An example is the recent Hauzisha application used to locate leasable and buyable property.
