My project is to have a well performing Graphic Design Company whereby i will be doing all manner of printing, bulk printing designing,heat-pres,3D design, Posters,Banners,embroidery and training designers to be equiped with current design technology

I have an office at the moment whereby i do graphic design. I have two printers and computers.So my aim is to expand this idea of my start up into becoming an international company.My company will major in all forms of printing including, 3D,embroidery,normal printing, books,journals,posters,banners,heat press,branding items including T-shirts,Umbrellas, pens, diaries promotional items,e.t.c

01.02 Quel est le problème principal que vous essayez de résoudre ?

My main problem is financial issue. Have being thinking of expanding my start up but am not able due to financial issue. Have been trying to see how i can manage to get some finance inroder to execute my project but it is invain. Am aiming at expanding my start up and even move it into a more open area whereby it will be approachable to many people.

My products are used in advertising other companies i.e the promotional materials Due to its uniqueness of the products other people can see and gain knowledge in design of things like company logos, letterheads and the like. The products are of good quality. They increase brand recognition

targeted beneficiaries are mostly youths, women and people with disabilities these are people who tend to be forgotten in the society. These are the people with the highest percentage. Due to lack of employment this has led to frustrations in life causing youths to commit suicide or become drug addicts or become thiefs.

Our company its unique. It creates unique products which increases demand in the country.People love what we do. This is a new version of an old product.The way things where done before in the analog error now things have moved to digital whereby they are created digitally, saves time and energy and also cost.Through this, their is a lot of improvement in terms of product production.

06.09 Analyse compétitive

My main potential competitors are the bigger companies in the country which deal in printing and graphics design.also the government press and international companies in the same field.
