This is a three seaters barbershop. Thus it has employed three personnel's serving 15-20 people per day.

I began the barbershop with only one seat "locally made" two and a half years ago. I have managed to the level of having an extra two seats giving job opportunities to other two youth. The project is able to generate 900 kshs per day having paid the commission to the employees, this amounts to 27,000 kshs per month. The rent required is 5,000 kshs, electricity bill and water is 3,000 kshs , barbershop utilities 2,000 kshs, service of equipment 2,400 kshs Totaling to 12,400 per month thus making a profit of kshs 14,600. The profit helps to pay for my household requirements and other bills. The project can be of help to other youths out in the field of job hunting because with the commission they get it will enable them to have bread on the table. Incase of employing another four personnel this will mean that families will not go to bed hungry. A large number of clients are looking for barbershops that are giving good services thus an increase of customer base will be experienced.

The main problem is unemployment to most youths in the country with the demand of good services, a barbershop can create employment to most youths

1. No dead stock will be required, utilities used by the customer are easily accessible and pocket friendly 2. It requires hand craft man ship , where the service you provide will attract more customers with referrals 3. It doesn't require large or expensive advertisements your services will sell you far and wide

1.There is a large number of customers using the service but the service provided is not as per required in many projects. A little change and competition will make customers feel satisfied 2.Opening a large project with different services will be deemed as a new project in the region 3. The project is an improvement from being just a barbershop to an executive barbershop and spa 4. A range of products will be increased to match the requirements and needs of the customers 5. Due to customers demands of new ideas in service provision this will be a milestone and every customer will be satisfied. 6. This product is an old version being revived to new models of services to the people.

06.09 Analyse compétitive

In a geographical area of 25 kilometers there are no potential competitors of the new idea. But the current project faces competition around the area and can confidently say that it is running smoothly and customers are still flowing accordingly
