MjengoGirl Africa is dedicated to empowering women by providing comprehensive training programs in key economic growth sectors traditionally dominated by men, including energy, oil and gas, construction, retail, and manufacturing. The project will offer a wide range of marketable skills through both on-site and virtual platforms to ensure accessibility and flexibility. Courses include solar panel installation, forklift operation, automotive vehicle servicing, drilling operations, retail sales, retail operations, crane operation, landscaping, water treatment, refrigeration and air conditioning, stock and inventory management, plumbing and tiling, and an interior finish artisan masterclass. We aim to train 300 women across 8 counties over 12 months, emphasizing practical skills, leadership development, and job placement.
