Uptown Spinrollers Deejays Academy will be a School of Art dealing purely with mentoring of various talents with an aim of creating job opportunities among the talented and professionals. We will be based in two Counties, Homa-bay and Busia.

As we have said earlier that we will be the School of Art dealing purely with mentoring of talents and turning those talents into abilities, we are trying to venture into the following areas of operations such as; Doing music recording and production, training of the Deejays, training of Mcs, training dancers, doing both videos and audio productions, training piano and guiters, training of drum sets among other courses that we will be offering. Besides those mentioned courses, we are already having a well written projects on environmental conservations by growing of trees through the pursuit of the project called Go Green Initiative, and the agribusiness project called the Green Gold Initiative which we are planning to execute within the areas where we will be operating from. Again, we will be able to clean water bodies especially lakes to ensure that aquatic life is saved. In addition, our School of Art will also introduce foot ball for both boys and girls to complete the process.

Reducing poverty index, reducing joblessness, do away with drugs and subtance abuse, reduce crime rates in our streets, reduce the rates of new H.I.V/Aids infections among the youths and also reducing violence in the society which is majorly caused by lack of adequate resources to support family meet their daily needs such as good health, shelter, education and food. With the availability of work, the stability of the families will be guaranteed in such away that the internal wrangles will either e reduced or permanently solved hence there will be existence of permanent peace.

Creation of job opportunities, we will be ale to give youths and other talented community members a platform to work and to use the talents they have to create job spaces for others with the same talents. Reduce crime, a jobless community is a crime zone community, where there is no serious engagement of mind towards positive building of a Nation, there will be a high crime rate. Reduce early marriages among the youths, the majority of the youths have been married off to old men due to poverty which their parents have suffered for years hopping to get something at least to keep the rest of the family going. Empowerment, the circulation of technical knowhow and financial support will enhanced business growth, infrastructure development, accessibility of services such as health will definitely be possible. Poverty reduction, which has been a major problem to the majority of the Kenyan people will be reduced by bigger percentage.

Our services will not be limited, anyone who will require our services will definitely get them provided there will be a mutual agreement between the client and us the service provider. Our services will be targeting the following as beneficiaries: - Event and party planners, music producers, concert organizers, restaurants and bars, hotels and motels, lounges, camp grounds, night clubs, residential areas, the Government, house holds, Schools, facilities managers e.t.c.

Poverty is one biggest disease eating up the majority of the African populations, this problem is majorly caused by lack of opportunities in accessing jobs and or any other programs that can support families get basic needs, we are coming up with a proper supplement to basic education which most of the people believe is the only platform to propel people to a better living standard, here we don't dispute education, but we inform the society that whatever grade or class that you managed to attain, how can you use such to get through to what you desire to achieve in the future. Our Organization is set to mentor talents after which, we give the mentored talents a platform to showcase their talents and create a space for them to work with us for a better life improvement where we will be able to pay them monthly. As a matter of fact, the Government of Kenya is also advocating for the talanta hela, so do we.

In the cases of hunger, we intend to engage in food production through the pursuit of the "Green Gold Initiative" project which we mentioned earlier in the introduction number 01.01, The green Gold initiative is aiming at growing crops such as maize, tomatoes, onions, kales, cabbages and indigenous vegetables such kunde, managu, mrenda and others. The communities will be able to buy these products from us at a cheaper price as compared to the market price. Hence that will enhance the rate at which we will be able to meet the international standards of reducing hunger among the communities in which we will exist. Mulnorism among young children are some of the cases that our Organization will emphasize on reducing and maybe completely deal with as time goes by from the two Counties in which we will be set to start our operations from.

Towards the end of our Introduction 01.01, we mentioned that our Organization will be able to introduce sporting activities where our both boys and girls, men and women will be able to meet on a daily basis to do exercises before embarking on playing games for physical fitness. We will be to have a well equipped our training room/Gym with modern standardized equipment which we will use towards improving the fitness of our people within the communalities where we will exist. And again, the communities in which we will exist, will also be to serve on their diet, the green vegetables which act as roughages to enhance digestion of food substances in the stomach hence reducing of diseases such as eye problems. We will be able to register all our members to the Social Health Insurance Fund to cater for their hospital need incase of any illness, as well as working closely with Community health providers to meet the problems related to health issues.

And again, we will have members who will be willing to pursue other short courses that relates to their areas of operations, the Organization will allocate for them ample time and some support to achieve the same. We will be able to render support to the needy students so that they can as well meet their desire of acquiring knowledge to the level that they will desire to reach. As we all are aware that, education is the only key that open several opportunities leading to several success in families, it will therefore within our mandate to ensure that no child is denied an access to education.

The 2010 Kenyan Constitution is emphasizing as well on Gender quality but the chapter of the same did not define the term Gender very well, it did defined gender as Male and Female while scrapping the Transgender out, all these people deserves equal opportunities at any work places in Kenya, even though there is still a bigger challenges to meet the same. our Organization will be seriously committed to put in place proper mechanisms to help us achieve this. One thing we are certain is that regardless of the challenges in place as at now, we will ensure that heads of various departments, offices and even in various committees, we will ensure that there will be equal opportunities as oppose to field work practices where we will be able to start effecting the Agribusiness part of the project, the imbalance will be experienced because we only e ale to work with those who are present to do the work at that particular moment.

Water and cleanliness is very essential to a growing country like ours especially when it touches on health issues which also directly touches on contributions of individual persons when it comes to growing economy, we must always ensure that there is plenty of clean water for our domestic and for crop production purposes, most of the time majority of the Kenyan families have survived for days without water but when its rainy season, water becomes a disaster like a killer disease. we will sensitize communities on how to tap some the rainy water through tank and cemented bore holes storages for use during scarcity seasons. Majority of the people are also keeping livestock either for commercial and or domestic uses, all these needs clean water for their business to thrive well. In addition, the micro Organism which we cannot see with our necked eyes also need water to survive because they are also indirectly very important to us in the important of the soil for crop production.

The country is still evolving towards achieving the clean and affordable energy, even though the challenges of meeting the same are still there, the Government promises are giving people hope. At this time, we can't afford to sink our heads on the Government promises, this is the time when we should be using the available resources within our disposal to ensure that the energy we are using at home is environmentally friendly and does not in anyway affect negatively the environment. The introduction of the use of biogas systems at homes, introduction of solar motor bikes and vehicles have demonstrated how ready people are willing to embrace advancements to curb the weather changes we experiencing currently . The use of Gas cylinders in cooking at home as oppose to firewood as well as the use of the solar energy. The challenges still lies in the villages where majority of the people do not even understand the meaning of using clean energy in homesteads.

Education empowerment to enhance service delivery will also be our priority as an organization, we will be able to mentor, train talents and after that, we will be able to give them opportunity to work with us. Ensuring that our work force is registered under Social Health Insurance Service where they will be medically be covered together with their family members so that in case of sickness, they will e able to access services at the Registered facilities Country wide whether private or Government facilities.

The introduction of technology has modernized business transactions making it even easier to transact business even at our door steps, the use of M-pesa and other platforms has made it easier to do banking transactions services at our comfort zones instead of physically wasting time queuing in line to be served. We will also be able to pay our employees through digitalized platforms where automated receipts to prove the same will be availed instead of putting everything in hand writings.

Our Organization will be positioning itself to give equal opportunities which will be available to the Kenyan people without discrimination, we will ensure that the communities from which we will exist will be allocated 50% of the vacancies which will be available within our organization while the remaining 50% vacancies will be distributed across other remaining communities, this will ensure equitable of resources from all communities existing in Kenya. Better payment of employees is also one thing that is determined by the Government effort to build a Country’s economy, if there will be a continuous trend of over taxation of businesses and people, lost of jobs will be evident.

We will be targeting various youths with various talents, so that we can mentor, train and empower those talents to create self-employments among the growing youths’ populations in Kenya. Through such ventures Our organization will be aiming at reducing Joblessness among the youths which in terns reduce crimes and enhance peaceful existence of communities. Stringent measures should be put in place by the Kenyan Government to put to an end such act and the law introduced that seeks to deal with the entire chain from producers, distributors, sellers and consumers. Such laws will tend to protect lives of the Kenyan Citizens. We have good innovations and technology advancements in Kenya, but the bigger challenge facing such sectors is acceptance by local consumers and even the Government, in most cases the Government will prefer buying the services of other international service provider at a higher charge

Our operations will continually be innovating on winning strategies that will help the Organization achieve its strategic intentions on a more-faster and affordable ways. Tree growing through the pursuit of the project dubbed, “The Go Green Initiative,” which will involve the growing of fast maturing trees and the trees that provides food and medicinal values to the communities such as Mangoes (Mangifera Indica), paw paw and avocadoes, Moringa Olifera and Melia Volkensil (Mukau) among other trees is part of the strategic plans that our Organization will be planning to venture in to help the Organization source some extra income from the project as well Combating of the drastic climatic condition. As the Organization, we are planning to lead by example, set pace in forest and water catchment areas conservations. This will help Kenya achieve its goal of increasing forest cover from 5.2 to 20% by 2036. The project will engage youths of various class regardless of the tribe or background.

The aquatic life that exist in water has been greatly affected by the drastic climate change that we are experiencing currently, the disposal of plastic wastes as well as poly-thine bags, used old clothes, human settlements are the major causes of the water pollution which has negatively affected the aquatic life, our organization have been engaging together with our partners working under our main umbrella “Tamaduni Klan” headed by Jacob Muga, we introduced lake shoes clean up late last year in Mbita Homa-Bay County where our main target was to reduce by bigger percentage the numbers of plastic and or any other substances from finding their ways into the water, ensuring that the aquatic life is protected.

The natural eco-systems have been destroyed as well through poor crop production methods, logging and deforestations, human settlements and destroying natural water catchment areas, excessive burn of fossil fuels by at homes and on our roads affecting negatively atmosphere, “The Ozone layer”, all these activities has positioned us where we are today, a generation of agony where when it rained, deaths and pain is what defines us instead of joy and celebrations as it was before.

Honesty, we sported the potential business opportunity with high demand but they are under served because of few service providers, our Organization will be different in that, we want be a one stop short in the line of this business, the unique new services which we will be introducing in this line of business will make it completely look new because of the introductions of modern machines in place, professionals deployment service providers and so much more, of course we will improve from the old ways of doing things to the modern ways of doing business, because whatever customers used to source from different clients, will now be sourced under one roof at a friendly prize, this will entirely make our products to meet the demand of our customers making us look new based on the improvement done to the old ways of doing the same.

06.09 Analyse compétitive

In business we cannot exist in area alone, of course we will have competitors, like right now there an Organization called Adani in Mbita offering the same services that we are yet to launch, what will make us stand out is that, our pricing system will be based on what is obtainable in the market within the entertainment industry cum disk jockey line of business, we will not intend to charge more (except for premium and customized services) and we don't intend to charge less than our competitors are charging in the market. Be that at it may, we have put plans in place to offer discount services once in a while and also to reward our loyal customers especially when they refer clients to us. We will also be working with the informed, mentored and trained workforce who will be fully aware about what they are doing to enhance service delivery to our customers.
