My main potential competitors are unqualified contractors and subcontractors or maybe engineers. I am willing and certain of starting and running a corrupt free construction company . With the available resources and technology I'm willing to start a modern construction platform that it's main goal is to make sure all construction rules and regulations are followed. This will help in reducing loss of innocent lifes and property in cases of a poorly designed and constructed house or structure collapses. With the little knowledge I have I'm willing to expand it and later be among the top performers. I know and believe that everyone has the right to a high quality house . Even though the building industry in Kenya is at the top rise , most clients are faced with the challenge of, who is the best and most trusted contractor one to give the job to. Most clients look for unprofessional engineers ,as the qualified ones are too expensive and unaffordable posesing great harm both to people's.
