My project involves drop shipping services and goods to the society. It is a project aiming to help youth in learning instutions financially. The project is 100% online and can be done from anywhere at any time.

01.01 Décrivez votre startup en détail

My start up was started in July 2022 with one person only but has grown and now has a team of around 20 active members. My start up was not only fuelled by the urge to make money but also to try and find a means of survival in my university life. Our generation (Gen Z) happens to not like hard work but money is a need. With this motive I looked for a market that has both loyal and faithful customers and the dice fell on football. I opted for jerseys because trends change after every season giving the market change and breaking monotony. I them looked for local jersey retails and made few deals where I get jerseys at a lower price and retail at normal price and in return I market using their jerseys and when a client wants to go to the shop physically I direct them there. It becomes symbiotic and mutual growth. This project aims to make university and learning life easy for youths because it provides a passive source of income that can be done from the house,hence saving time and energy

The main problem I'm trying to solve is cases of university students dropping out due to lack of enough money to sustain themselves in school while they might be far from home or maybe the family isn't well off. Both parents' money and even the student loans are not enough more so in this era where living standards keep rising and a student still needs to feed. This projects offers a student passive source of income to supplement the money the student has in effort to raise an educated society and a society with exposure more so in my generation. Unlike money from parents or student loans that come periodically,this projects earns the student money on daily basis. This project not only creates a good financial environment for learning but also mental and psychological building as it exposes the student to making money earlier and learning market trends. This boosts creativity and innovation because the student thinks outside the box considering the life money gives.

A learned and exposed community and society as I believe alot of students will be sustained in university using this project. We will ve able to raise more entrepreneurs because students learn to make money early and the hunger is fuelled resulting to more start-ups,businesses hence building the country's economy It will highlight the privileges of using online market and social media the right way which is to make money. This will change how people view social media and online works generally because few people can imagine making money at the comfort of your home and even anywhere because all you have to do is have a powered gadget and data bundles only.

The current owner is only one person and he is a male. He is 21 years old as at the time this application is being sent. He posses a variety of skills but those he has taken keen interest in are dropshopping and foreign currency trading (FOREX Trading). Other skills are graphic design and printing which he learned through apprenticeship. The experiences that led to fuelling of this project is because the owner is a university drop out and is motivated to keep others in school though this is an opportunity he never had. He is an eloquent communicator and the perfect epitome of an ambitious, innovative and motivated young man that aims at making not only students' life better but the world if given chance and resources. He is also experienced in sales and marketing having done his internship at a car dealership in Nairobi,Kenya and this has helped in growing his business over the past 2 years. He is a customer-oriented businessman.

It keeps more students in learning institutions which offer exposure and broadens the thinking capacity hence developing an innovative,vibrant and very intelligent community. This will result to discovering of more money making schemes that build the country and even better,the continent because the change will be visible. This projects helps to plant a seed of hunger and thirst for money making skills and being that is not fraud or criminal business,it also motivates the learner to look for pure sources of income hence reducing crime but catalysing hunger for money. More like selling toothpaste and toothbrush on one package rather than as two commodities.

My project aims to make life easier for students and by this,it provides a way of earning on a daily basis. Unlike the student loans that come periodically,and parents support that come maybe once or twice a week,this projects earns them money daily because they are free to make sales everyday. This enables the to buy food on a daily basis too hence instead of growing thin and bitter, they grow fat and intelligent.

My project strongly agrees because this exposes the learners mind to another world where things are done differently. Along the way,the learner learns to talk to clients,process orders, customer satisfaction,customer relations. More over the money they get the student can add to his fees to even learn better courses and for those who like their courses they have the right financial environment hence hiving room to learn better because there is minimal or low financial pressure

This is another version of brokage on that in brokage the median is physically available but in dropshopping,the median is virtual and the buyer and the seller can meet unlike in brokage where the buyer and seller should not meet meaning the median should be the one delivering to the buyer.

06.09 Analyse compétitive

The main competitors are brokers because some clients are paranoid and want to meet you physically so that they pay after seeing the product. But like any other business that is just one of the problems which is reducing in impact because people are adopting technology at a growing rate and businesses like dropshopping are really being taken in. With proper marketing and strategic sales and development this matter can ve done away in less than a year because Generation X is real on about technological issues and such businesses as this can be welcomed easily. Because it really makes work easy for us,it saves us time and energy because everything is done online upto your destination without effort
