Zimbabwean school administration is about to undergo a change because to a cutting-edge web and mobile application called Cloud Classroom. Several crucial modules—such as those for managing students, parents, teachers, administrators, accountants, librarians, and dormitory wardens—are integrated into our platform. Fee management, transportation management, housing management, test management, schedule management, notifications, attendance monitoring, results management, and administration of homework and study materials are some of the important functions. Cloud Classroom dramatically improves communication, transparency, and operational efficiency in schools by automating these procedures. Our project is to create a more structured, productive learning environment, lessen administrative constraints, and encourage data-driven decision-making. The primary issue that Cloud Classroom seeks to address is Zimbabwe's disarray and inefficiency in school administration. Our technology facilitates better communication between teachers, parents, administrators, and students while streamlining administrative procedures and increasing transparency. The primary and secondary schools in Zimbabwe are the target audience for Cloud Classroom. Teachers benefit from streamlined class management and grading systems; school administrators experience improved operational efficiency; and the larger school community gains improved communication and resource management. Students gain access to organized study materials and transparent results. Parents receive real-time updates on their children's progress.
