Une agence de communication est une entreprise spécialisée dans la gestion de la communication pour ses clients, qu’il s’agisse d’entreprises, d’institutions publiques, d’organisations non gouvernementales ou de particuliers.

Beaucoup d’entrepreneurs africains et congolais en particulier on du mal à faire connaître leurs produits et services car il n’ont pas beaucoup des fonds pour la publicité

Stratégie de Communication • Audit de communication : Analyse des pratiques de communication existantes. • Conseil stratégique : Définition des objectifs, des messages clés, et des cibles de communication. • Plan de communication : Élaboration d’un plan détaillé pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. 2. Communication Digitale • Création de sites web : Conception et développement de sites internet. • Gestion des réseaux sociaux : Élaboration de stratégies de contenu, animation de communautés, gestion des campagnes publicitaires. • SEO/SEM : Optimisation pour les moteurs de recherche et gestion de campagnes de marketing sur les moteurs de recherche. • Content marketing : Création et diffusion de contenus engageants (articles de blog, vidéos, infographies)
