Nous avons constaté que la farine de blé est plus utilisé dans le secteur de panification pourtant elle contient du gluten qui est un danger pour les personnes souffrantes du cœliaque et qui est un pesticide. Pourtant, à la place l'on peut bien utiliser la farine à base de manioc, de patate et bien d'autres. Vu l'opportunité des matières premières notamment les tubercules de manioc et de patate, nous proposons un produit moins couteux, nutritifs, bio et facile à produire. Vu la disponibilité des matières premières qui pourraient compétir face au blé.
