eBanki est une solution FinTech qui offre des services bancaires en ligne tel que (Épargne, paiement, dépôt, retrait, avance sur salaire) à la population dont le taux de bancarisation est plus faibles dont la solution sera utilisable avec ou sans connexion internet. En outre, elle s'engage à l'inclusion financière et à l’éducation financière au segmentation de ses clients plus particulièrement aux femmes et hommes vivant dans les zones rurales.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Plus de 90% de la population congolaise n’ont pas accès aux services bancaires, ce qui implique que la nécessité de se rendre physiquement dans une banque pour effectuer des opérations bancaires est une réalité quotidienne. Cette situation témoigne d'un important manque d'accès aux services bancaires pour la grande majorité des Congolais. Par conséquent, les files d'attente dans les établissements bancaires sont devenues une routine pour ceux qui cherchent à effectuer des dépôts, des retraits ou d'autres transactions financières. Cette réalité met en lumière les défis auxquels est confrontée la population congolaise en matière de services financiers, soulignant ainsi la nécessité de solutions innovantes telles que les services bancaires mobiles ou les systèmes de paiement numériques pour combler cette importante lacune.
