Dans le cadre du programme gouvernemental de la RDC sur la lutte contre la crise alimentaire et la protection de l'environnement,le présent projet prévoit la production intensive des produits agricoles de bases : manioc, maïs, l'oignon et l'aubergine

Dans le but de participer à l'amélioration de niveau de vies de la population rurale de Kinshasa,kimpese, kimbemba et ces environs, le présent projet vise à renforcer les capacités de production agricole dans le territoire de songololo à l'enceinte du village de kimbemba et mazinga. la création d'emplois pour la population locale, une source d'approvisionnement alimentation pour plusieurs grands centres de consommation tel que : kimpese,luozi et Kinshasa en particulier

Le développement du secteur agricole et la préservation de l'environnement sont la base de la mise en œuvre des actions relevant de ce présent projet. ainsi, un programme de production agricole et de formation est créé en vue d'appuyer les efforts de la lutte contre la crise alimentaire et la dégradation de l'environnement qui menacent notre pays
