When an order is placed, Expand takes care of the entire fulfillment process, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to customers. Additionally, Expand provides customer service and handles returns. This service allows sellers to scale their business without the complexities of logistics and fulfillment, enabling them to focus on sourcing, marketing, and growing their product offerings. Expand is present in three countries in Africa, providing a robust logistical network to support regional e-commerce growth.
