01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Entrepreneurial Engineers (EE) are engineers who thrive in startup environments. An environment where they are given the chance to grow new skill sets and solve different types of problems. They prefer workspaces where they can flourish and make the business take off. Jawsak Group provides solutions for EEs through: - Jawsak Media stands as a beacon for enriching Arabic content in engineering, science, and technology, providing a valuable resource for knowledge dissemination and community building. - Jawsak Academy is the bridge that connects academia with industry, ensuring that aspiring engineers are equipped with the skills and mindset needed to seamlessly transition into the professional world. - Jawsak Soft is committed to the development of cutting-edge solutions, providing technological support to entrepreneurs in their journey. - Jawsak Consulting is dedicated to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and honing essential skills for engineers.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
- Limited access to high-quality, Arabic-language content in engineering, science, and technology. - Disconnect between academic education and industry needs, leading to a skills gap and challenges for engineering graduates in transitioning to the workforce. - Lack of support and resources for engineers interested in entrepreneurship. - There is no community for entrepreneurial engineers.

Key benefits that Jawsak provides: 1. Access to a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurial engineers for collaboration and networking opportunities. 2. Resources and educational materials to enhance skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship, engineering, and related fields. 3. Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals to navigate challenges and achieve success in the business landscape. Therefore our missions are: Mission 1: Enriching the Arabic content in engineering, science, and technology. Mission 2: Bridging the gap between university and industry. Mission 3: Developing entrepreneurial mindset and skills for engineers.

### Overall Justification Our product/service is an extension of existing mentorship and educational platforms but tailored specifically for entrepreneurial engineers. It includes personalized mentorship, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities, which are crucial for this target group. The platform leverages existing technology, including AI in the mobile app, to create an integrated ecosystem that supports engineers in transitioning from technical roles to leadership positions within startups.

10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
Yes, I was a facilitator with IamRemarkable from Google. I conducted workshops to empower women. I am currently a mentee with the program Ouissal from Euro Mediterranean Arab Association: EMA e. V. which aim of Ouissal is to promote economic and social participation of women in their home countries and their international networking.
