Parents can easily search for nannies based on availability, location, and specific needs, including full-time, part-time, emergency, and after-school care. Additionally, we offer nannies opportunities for professional growth through training and certification programs, ensuring high-quality care for children. Our ultimate goal is to create a supportive community for parents and nannies, fostering trust, convenience, and peace of mind.

The main problem Nounuu aims to solve is the difficulty parents face in finding reliable and qualified childcare. In Algeria, the scarcity of daycare centers and nurseries, which serve only about 3% of the child population, leaves many parents struggling to secure adequate care for their children. This lack of options often forces working mothers to take extended leaves or even quit their jobs, impacting their professional growth and financial stability. Moreover, there is an absence of a streamlined, trustworthy system for verifying the qualifications and reliability of nannies. Nounuu addresses these issues by providing a platform that connects parents with thoroughly vetted nannies. Nannies: Nounuu also serves nannies by providing them with a platform to find consistent employment opportunities. The targeted beneficiaries within this group are professional nannies seeking regular, part-time, or occasional work. Nounuu offers them the chance to showcase their qualifications, and access a steady stream of job opportunities.

Asma Smail: As a mobile developer with extensive experience, Asma has previously worked as the CTO for Punchword, a startup focused on web3 technology. Her technical expertise in developing mobile applications for both Android and iOS is complemented by her leadership skills in overseeing complex projects. Asma is also a mother of a four-year-old girl and is expecting her second daughter in a few weeks. Her personal experiences as a parent have deeply informed her understanding of the challenges in finding reliable childcare, driving her passion and commitment to the Nounuu project. Mona Smail: Mona is a seasoned product designer with a background in graphic design and UI/UX design. She has worked as a graphic designer for Lotus Conseil and as a UI/UX designer for Punchword. Mona brings a keen eye for design and user experience, ensuring that the Nounuu platform is not only functional but also user-friendly and visually appealing.
