Fare and Food (F&F) is a mobile app-driven solution in the food service industry, integrating home kitchens into the market and empowering household women to contribute to the economy. Our service includes meal and supplement delivery for both clients and cooks, fulfilling the entire supply chain for the best food experience. We prioritize quality, security, and privacy protection. Cooks will work under our brand name, F&F, we will market the platform to reach potential customers. This innovative approach not only diversifies the food service industry but also creates new opportunities for home cooks, allowing them to set their prices and customize their offers while clients conveniently order, pay, and review meals through the app. F&F aims to provide a seamless and enjoyable food experience for everyone involved
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The food service market is increasingly burdened by rising costs per meal and profit-driven restaurants, pushing towards a fast food service model with limited, unhealthy food choices.

- This solution empowers skilled household cooks to enter the business world using their passion for cooking - occupy their kitchen and home saving them money and effort. - They can maintain their household while earning a decent income at the same time. - we will provide the best user experience for both customers and cooks encouraging content creation in a functional way - an optimized review system that going to filter content and enhance service quality over time
01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
we will serve both cooks and customers, through the mobile app cooks are mainly house hold women (wives or girls) have a home which is their business location and a kitchen which is basically their equipments our customers are all categories but we are aiming university students based on the market research we did through a survey we found out they are an effective target customer based on numbers and distribution over 1.6 million students distributed over 97 university across Algeria which make them an optimal target then employees and gym athletes too we can target them with a different approach for example (athletes likes to have a customized dish to fit their diet for each day and that a unique service we proved)

the team includes 2 App developers one of them is specialized in cyber security their are both university students in their last year passionate about the project and contributing so much to the success of this project 1 female who take care of the communication and coordination between all our services building up the first F&F cooks community preparing for the launching date, with an english communication background and me the founder of this project with a mechatronic engineering background and fresh graduate with master degree in entrepreneurship and technology and innovation, am the project manager technical and business wise i worked on this project as a graduation project starting form the Opportunity identification to Opportunity development and now setting the Go to Market Strategy METI program in Futuris institute gave me the knowledge the tools to put this project together i even made the App prototype from scratch

our innovative business model will disrupt the food service industry in our society house cooking service is known but very limited to making sweets and some traditional food they sell to coffee shops and sweet shops some of them has an appearance in the social media but mostly as a content creator the F&F innovate a reliable ecosystem that insure quality service and the best food experience an App based solution that allow users to find the nearest and cheapest meal in the area with the fastest delivery service and a review system that filter the good from the bad cook

our main potential competitors are fast food services specially with the delivery service people are already addicted to fast simple and delicious food but limited in 4 to 6 known recipes copied by everyone F&F will stand out by its diversity of dishes and food offers encouraging creativity and innovation within the community of cooks and protecting their intellectual property (dish name, trademark, image, video, audio) our optimized approximate based delivery is a cost effective solution

i was the AWE (Academy for Women Entrepreneur) project manager but i didn't succeed on completing the project
