Describe your project or startup in a few words
FirmaTECH is a smart fish farming system for monitoring and managing water quality using IoT and AI. It ensures fish health, increases productivity, and maintains optimal growth conditions by automating the system and eliminating human error.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
FirmaTECH is a smart fish farming system designed to monitor and manage water quality using IoT and AI technologies. The system ensures fish health, boosts productivity, and maintains optimal growth conditions by automating processes and eliminating human errors. The IoT system monitors water parameters through sensors connected to a microcontroller, all managed via a mobile application. This setup allows for the automation of the system, incorporating actuators to maintain water parameters within optimal ranges for the fish, reducing manual adjustments and enhancing productivity. The AI multi-model system also detects and classifies fish health and sickness, predicting weekly fish feed requirements to minimize costs. This comprehensive approach ensures a sustainable and efficient fish farming environment.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The main problem FirmaTECH aims to solve is the inefficiency and inaccuracy of traditional water quality monitoring methods in aquaculture. These methods are labor-intensive and prone to human error, leading to delays and inconsistencies that negatively impact the productivity and sustainability of fish farming. By automating the monitoring and management of water quality parameters through an IoT-based system, FirmaTECH seeks to enhance efficiency and sustainability in aquaculture. Our system uses sensors connected to a microcontroller, managed by a mobile application, to continuously monitor water parameters. Actuators automatically adjust these parameters to maintain optimal conditions for the fish, reducing manual interventions and errors. Additionally, our AI multi-model detects and classifies fish health and sickness, and predicts weekly fish feed requirements to minimize costs. This automation ensures a more efficient, productive, and sustainable aquaculture environment.
