Our project, ZiraeaLink, aims to revolutionize Algerian agriculture by creating a digital platform that connects investors with farmers. This platform addresses key challenges such as land mismanagement, desertification, and a reliance on food imports. By facilitating financial and operational support, we enable farmers to enhance productivity and sustainability. Our services include comprehensive project support, from techno-economic studies to full implementation and continuous monitoring. We employ a commission-based revenue model supplemented by premium subscriptions and strategic partnerships. Despite challenges like competition, financing difficulties, and regulatory compliance, we leverage strategic alliances, customized financial solutions, and adherence to regulations to overcome them. Ultimately, our goal is to revitalize Algerian agriculture, ensuring food security and providing investors with profitable opportunities.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

ZiraeaLink aims to tackle critical inefficiencies in Algerian agriculture, including poor land management, heavy reliance on food imports, and inadequate investment in modern technology. Fragmented agricultural lands hinder the use of advanced techniques and mechanization, while desertification and land degradation reduce productivity. Despite vast agricultural lands, insufficient local production, poor stock management, and transport issues force Algeria to rely on food imports. Farmers face significant hurdles in accessing quality seeds, fertilizers, and modern technologies, compounded by bureaucratic obstacles and corruption. Climate change further exacerbates these issues, with droughts and temperature fluctuations impacting crop yields. Our platform connects investors with farmers, providing financial and operational support to enhance productivity, sustainability, and food security, ultimately revitalizing Algerian agriculture​

Reduction in Food Imports: By increasing local agricultural production, ZiraeaLink reduces Algeria's reliance on food imports, enhancing national food security. This shift supports the local economy by retaining more financial resources within the country.
