Tant que je suis étudiante en master 2 science alimentaire spécialité production et transformation laitière Je veux faire une petite entreprise spécialisée en fabrication de fromage frais traditionnel avec des goûts variés et j'ajoute ma touche bien sûr

Je veux faire une petite entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication du fromage ,un fromage frais et bio avec des différents goût (un mélange fromage + des concassées,miel,des herbes ,.......) Et comme moi je suis une pâtissière je veux faire la combinaison entre le fromage et la pâtisserie d'où la forme ,une nouvelle idée qui n'existe pas dans notre région
