My project will produce High quality cassava flour and High quality cassava peels to Ethiopian food and feed industries
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
My projects is intended to solve food security in both humans and animals. This will be done by collecting cassava tubers from my vicinity around southern Ethiopia regional state and taking into Agro processing to produce flour and peel.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
Food security, expensiveness of food grain and supply of animal feed.

It has health benefits for humans and will decrease cost of producing animal feeds by using maize and sorghum which can be replaced by cassava peel.

targeted beneficiaries are injera and bred baking houses, households and animal feed producing firms.
