Veracity Health Care A preventive health care approach within a general practitioner's office involve several key components aimed at promoting wellness, detecting early signs of disease and providing guidance on maintaining a healthy life style.

Our startup's concept of opening doctor offices in central locations catering specifically to healthy individuals for checkups and health monitoring is intriguing. By providing a dedicated space for preventive healthcare, we create a proactive approach to maintaining well-being rather than simply treating illness. This model encourages individuals to prioritize their health and engage in regular checkups to monitor their overall wellness. Additionally, we emphasis on referring individuals to specialty centers if needed demonstrates a comprehensive approach to healthcare. This ensures that individuals receive specialized care when required, thereby addressing any health issues promptly and effectively. Overall, our startup's initiative aligns with the growing importance of preventive healthcare and the need for accessible, proactive health services in communities.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

we as startup plan to solve the society awareness about health checkup, creating platform for healthy individuals , families to address health related question, boost doctors exposure prior any chronic medical illness. By creating this we can stratified customer for followup, regular checkup (biannual), this will create a bond with the client since he have regular checkup so this will increase adherence for medication and psychological preparation for health treatment and degenerative changes

The major befit of this service are 1.Creating health awareness that is individually tailored, based on the consideration of family history of any chronic medical illness, genetic makeup,life style etc. 2.Early detection of sign and symptoms , all most all disease have sign and symptoms following the regular visit and lab assist we will try to identify the problem. 3.Creating preparedness. Early detection with out the fundamental preparation like psychological, financial and likes is empty . our platform will enable us to fill these gaps.

Our target 1.Women's creating awareness for the women's have impeccable result since they mange most of the family decision and children, creating awareness for the women lead effective utilization of the platform. 2.Healthy middle age individuals for the purpose of health checkup and consultation 3.known patient in order to check thee progress and and addressee there personalized questions.

Greetings! I'm Amanuel Menegsha, a dedicated healthcare professional with five years of experience in the medical field. My journey began with a commitment to serve my community through medicine, and I've been privileged to contribute to the healthcare landscape in Ethiopia ever since. Currently based in Addis Ababa, I serve as the Medical Coordinator and Director at a leading general hospital. My approach to medicine is deeply rooted in effective communication and empathy. Currently there is no competitor in Ethiopia Almost all private and govt health care the services are based on treatment rather than prevention.
