Shinshin creatives is an initiative which works on fashion design, Graphic design and also photography along with a manufacturing which is working to deliver a mass Tee products to the largest market place in Africa, Merchato.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

Shinshin Creatives is an initiative of 4 University of Gondar, Architectural graduates who are planning to start a mass production in TEE and deliver it to Merchato and with the revenue made with this business model we are planning to persue our own way of creative agency which includes interior design office, product design office, advertising office and also mainly a fashion design brand and as the name states we will devide (መሽንሸን) our roles. Shinshin is a well known Ethiopian traditional dress and with the thought that we will be under our mothers' shinshin dress we will expand and make a capital for us to work on our desires and still the mass production still lives as a birth for our creative agency.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Our big issue is that we can't fulfill the demand in Merchato and we need to work with full capacity and machines so it will generate good revenue in a very good amount of time to attain our ideas and aspirations. A good amount of capital will back us up and make us atain what we are dreaming of.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

We create a job opportunities for sewers and delivering individuals which they will be benefited and pursue their desire. We will provide a quality products with the young personnels we will provide to the market. We create a design firm in which one organization can have most of design works which includes from branding to interior construction, from garment products to custom designs with advertising. We are planning to make mass production of TEEs which can be affordable at its best.

05.08 Justification

As a start we are focusing on providing and fulfilling the needs of our customers in Merchato as there is a big demand of Mass production in T-shirts. then we extend to work on every design aspects and fulfill both digital and product based services that our community needs

05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?

There are other mass producers but with our fashion and architectrual design backgrounds, we are planning to break the market both in design and price values.

We need our personnels mostly women to take our foot steps and become their own entrepreneurs with the coaching of us.
