Gabina Taxi is a moblae app that intended to develop for the use of minibus taxi transportation system

Gabina Taxi Mobile Application is a business project that intended to provide a minibus transportation service that is supported by digital technologies ( mobile application)

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Currently one of the most challenging problem in Addis Ababa as well as other cities is transportation problem. Specially at morning and late afternoon there is high demand for taxi service but there is only few taxi avaliable in certain taxi route. Due to this most of resident of the city face uncomfortable long line waiting with bad wether condition and also they are required to charge payment due to transport.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

The main benefits of the service are 1 enable customers/ passenger to locate the nearest taxi station 2 enable customer to know the waiting time for next taxi arrival which helps passenger to schedule their departure and arrival time. 3 enable customers to researve seat without standing long waiting line 4 helps customer to have a cashless payment system

This business project focus to address mainly the middle and lower income society which try to help them to get affordable transportation system to pursue their day to day life

The potential competitors of this service or sectors are meter taxi company in which mainly they focus on the high income community however our projects focus on providing transportation services for the lower and middle income community who face major problem everyday in the transportation sector.
