Our primary target customers are employees of organizations and companies who seek to optimize their fleet management by outsourcing it to a reliable third party. Customers will be charged a monthly fee for this service, ensuring cost-effective and efficient transportation. On the other side, Weyiyt invites individuals with any type of vehicle to register as drivers. This includes people who regularly commute from their homes to workplaces and have the capacity to transport additional passengers along the same route. By leveraging the existing commute patterns of drivers, Weyiyt aims to reduce traffic congestion and lower the environmental impact of urban transportation. The main problem Weyiyt is addressing is the inefficiency and environmental impact of urban commuting during rush hours. Many employees face daily challenges of traffic congestion, high transportation costs, and the stress of managing personal or company fleet logistics. Simultaneously, a significant number of vehicles on the road are underutilized, with only one or two passengers per car, contributing to increased traffic, pollution, and resource wastage. Weyiyt aims to solve these issues by providing a shared transportation solution that optimizes vehicle usage, reduces traffic congestion, lowers transportation costs, and promotes eco-friendly commuting. By matching commuters with drivers who have similar routes, Weyiyt enhances efficiency and convenience for both parties, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable urban transportation system.

Employees of Organizations and Companies: Our primary customers are employees who need reliable, cost-effective transportation during rush hours. These individuals benefit from a convenient, scheduled commuting service that reduces the stress and costs associated with daily travel. Organizations can also outsource their fleet management to Weyiyt, Drivers with Vehicles: Weyiyt targets individuals who own vehicles and regularly commute from their homes to workplaces. By registering as drivers, these individuals can earn additional income by transporting passengers along their existing routes. This group includes people looking to offset their commuting costs or those interested in making a positive environmental impact by reducing the number of cars on the road.

we don't have a major outstanding competitor yet in the Ethiopian market. our other competitors are other ride hailing service platforms. since their pricing is expensive and the don't incorporate such specific features and business models, our targeted customer groups are not using them.
