The project Mainly focus on providing child care service for Employees of Large organization on their work place.

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

It is well known that child care exist in various areas in traditional way. The existing child care service in a compound is to far for parents to visit ,feed and check their daily condition. Now a days parents have no trust to give their children for home workers and child care service provider becuase of different reasons for safety of the children and also children can not get mothers milk after four months the whole day since the mothers are far from them. As a result,the project main objective are create a comfortable environment for the well growth of the children and avoid the worry of parents to be productive on their work place by arranging child care service at their office in collaboration of the employer for the benwfit of the children ,parent and the organization

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problems from the side of the kids are,they do not get mothers milk on time,love and continues care becuase the parent mostly get them after work mostly at evening. There is no well trained child care service provider as the parent wish . Children get sick becuase of lack of sanitation ,food and water. The parent always worry about their children daily conditions and they will not be productive at their work place. Home workers treat badly extremely exposed for death ,mental and physical damage is Happend. Parent have no enough time for children

Highly benefit for the wellness of the children physicaly,mentaly. The parent can easly visit ,feed and give love with in neccessary time. Children can get mother milk for . Provide well trained child care personal

The main beneficial will be large organization employees who have their own building that exist more than 100 female employe with in the compound.
