It is a project which aim to provide a therapy service to people who aren't able to attend in person session due to fear or lack of availability in there area and provide this service with relatively cheap cost

01.01 Describe your project in more detail

The project is a mobile application that provides a therapy services for people. The application has features like voice chat, video chat, and text chat, which the therapist can communicate with the patient. The application will match the users with therapist that is perfect for them according to information they entered during registration. Users are not required to enter their name to protect their privacy and inorder for them to feel free and have fruitful session. The application will have monthly fee which is affordable for majority of the people. The main goal of the project is to solve lack of awareness about mental health and provide to the people a therapy that is both affordable and accessable. It also aim to stop the stigma against people with mental illness or other victims of abuse.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

The main problem this project will solve is providing help for survivers of sexual assault or other house abuse since they mostly are afraid to come out due to country's culture which discriminate people who are sexually assaulted or blame them for the assault therefore victims are not confident to come forward and the help they need. By keeping them unanimous and pairing them with therapist from different area victims of such assault or member of abusive household should feel free to come forward and get the help they need.

01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).

The first advantage of this project is being accessable because of anyone can access it from anywhere and any time. The second advantage is privacy which insur users they are in safe hand so they should not worry about their safety while using the app. The third benefit is affordability. The service will be affordable for majority of the people. Therefore more people can use the service.

01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?

Our main targets include people with mental health issues like depression, anxiety and so , people who are victims of sexual assault, people who are members of abusive household, and the general public.

My first partner is Hamza who is a software engineer and focus on development of the app. My second partner is Ammar whose main focus is on research about this areas. And finally our female partner Ekram who focus on business side of the project

We are changing the whole therapy services of Ethiopia by creating new platform which is new to the country.

Our main competitions are traditional therapy houses. We can over come this competition because we are easily accessable and people are not already used to therapy
