Describe your project or startup in a few words
Our project uses circular economy to produce high-quality organic livestock and crop products by using natural inputs to meet consumption demand. This will have a significant impact on the green economy and assist in achieving sustainable development.
01.01 Describe your project in more detail
Our project idea intends to create high-quality organic crop and livestock products to meet the current and future high consumption demand( households, industries...) by utilizing natural inputs in a systemic circular economy paradigm. This will accomplish inclusive, sustainable development and make a major contribution to the green economy. It intends to stabilize high inflation rate on food items, Improving living conditions, and propelling Ethiopia's growth by harnessing the nation's untapped natural and human resources via the use of machinery and contemporary technology. The project also aims to reduce living expenditures for lower-income groups, support healthier living, and lowers inequalities among regions. Because the initiative is located in a rural area (the Gambella region), it will benefit vulnerable and underprivileged communities. Additionally, by placing women and people with disabilities in regional distribution centers, it will encourage inclusive participation.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The following are the primary issues our project raises: 1. The extensive use of chemicals rather than organic inputs in the production of crops and livestock has a significant negative impact on the health of communities. 2. Female and disabled groups, who make up sizable portions of the population and make significant contributions to a nation's development, are excluded from the current market and supply chain. 3. The high rate of inflation makes the cost of livestock and agricultural products unaffordable for the low-income population, drastically lowering and negatively impacting people's standard of living. 4. While there are abundant natural resources in some parts of our country, such as Gambella, the area is still underdeveloped and prone to both natural and human misery.
01.03 Tell us the major benefits and/or advantages of using the product/service that your project intends to provide (at least 3).
1. Providing customers with wholesome, organic food products that promote a healthier lifestyle 2. Working in remote and underdeveloped regions means growing and fostering regional equalities 3. Our products will generate revenue and employment opportunities, which will help sustainably raise people's standards of living and advance our nation's ambition to become a middle-income nation. 4. Providing organic food products at a lower price while maintaining excellent quality and quantity helps to fulfill the current high demand and stabilize the inflation rate. 5. Through distributors, our products will be available to customers in every part of the nation without incurring any additional fees or costs associated with transportation.
01.04 Please describe who exactly your project is aimed at serving. Who are the targeted beneficiaries?
Our project is centered on underprivileged (remote) communities and people who have been uprooted from their homes due to political unrest and conflict in different parts of the country. In general, it aimed at serving with our products for exporters, small households for their daily needs, and for hotel and food processing industries as a raw material inputs.

Alongside our initiative, the locals will settle down in one area and obtain employment at their site, which will facilitate the construction of educational facilities. We will also promote high-quality, relevant education that satisfies those demands, since we believe that education is a vital tool for creativity and the sustainable use of natural resources.

5
05.08 Justification
As discussed in other questionnaires, our products are differed in their content since it will be more organic content and due to the inputs used in producing them.
05.09 Who are your main potential competitors and what makes you stand out from them?
Our project's product competitors will come from investors who produce crops and live stocks either jointly or separately, from importers of food products from overseas, and from large-scale local farmers. We were aware that there remained a significant unmet need in the project sector and that the goods these rivals were manufacturing were of low quality and deficient in organic ingredients. In addition, these rivals heavily depend on imported inputs (such as fertilizers) rather than affordable local and organic inputs, which raises their production costs and drives up the price of their products relative to ours.
10.06 Are you initiating actions within your community to promote the role of female entrepreneurs?
After providing two ladies with financial support and coaching, they continued their adventure in our community. The person who is most vulnerable to discrimination from the community is Enemayehu Zemen, as she lacks familial support and gave birth. I then provide her financial help and advise her to start breeding hens for eggs. whereas Atalay Balay, the other, was formerly employed in Addis Ababa as a domestic helper. As it is, I financially back her and encourage her to launch a commercial alcohol drink preparation and sales business. Aside from this, I encourage female students to pursue their education and develop their independence.
