Ketero is the first multi-services booking app in Ethiopia. it's a service booking platform that includes all types of services to create a wide range of promotion for businesses, and offer multiple service options & easy booking platform for any clients.

Ketero is the first multi-services booking platform in Ethiopia that brings different type of businesses providing services together for service users to easily look through their details & book the suitable provider of their choice. Ketero, as a booking platform, helps all service users to easily check for different businesses, to get the exact address, to easily compare their work, to check for prices, to easily know the availability of the service, to check and understand detailed information about any businesses. Ketero, as a virtual employer, helps every individual seeking employment to work from home and earn income. They facilitate all booking requests online, to help customers get faster response & businesses get assistants for smoother workflow. Ketero, as a business platform, helps registered businesses to promote their work & their services and helps all businesses to effortlessly know their earnings through Ketero’s reporting system (by generating daily & monthly reports).

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Ketero is organized to help and solve main problems for Ethiopian service providing businesses, their clients and any individuals seeking employment. Businesses in Ethiopia need organized booking system and registration system of any booking requests. Also, majority of businesses lack a system that generates reports of the exact amount of their earnings. Ketero brings a well-organized reporting system and booking platform, which will also help all businesses to promote their service and their business. In addition, Clients in Ethiopia don't have access for all types of services as per their preferences. Clients only have to search for specific business on social media. Ketero helps clients to save time and compare their convenient business as per their location or price. Ketero is also organized to increase employment opportunity (especially stay at home mothers who are dependent on their spouse), by giving online job platform to facilitate booking requests, and earn their commission.

The project aims at benefiting service providing businesses, their clients and unemployed people in Ethiopia. It helps businesses grow their businesses by increasing clients reach and calculate exacts earnings. For clients, it helps with providing discounted prices, different service options, get each business information, and help them get organized booking platform. For employment seekers, it helps them get online earnings easily from the work from home.

Ketero is founded by Mahlet Habtamu, who is born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Mahlet is now 27 years old, who is striving hard to build a very large company to help multiples. She has studied Management as a bachelor's degree and has 6 years of experience in the Human Resources department. Mahlet has developed good communication skills, became a good team player, a dedicated and determined person going for excellence.
