Coffee terminal is a buisness that confuses on providing quality coffee for local consumption by creating an affordable pricing and means to be accessible to the low and middle income citizens.
01.01 Describe your startup in more detail
Coffee terminal is a business that sources it's coffee from farmers unions in Ethiopia and utilizes this coffee for drinking consumption and packed coffee distribution, it has identified the low and middle income citizens as the target customer and approaches these individuals by creating store outlets near taxi terminals to attract foot traffic and provide it's quality coffee at a reasonable price. Since it's opening it has grown to incorporate 4 branches and plans to grow to 7 branches by the year as the plan is to create a quality coffee store outlets franchise starting from the city, to the whole of Ethiopia and forwarding to Africa as a whole.
01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?
The main problem we are trying to solve is seeking funding to help us achieve the goal of creating the franchise business to be accessible in terminal areas, as well as helping us to create access to jobs to the city individuals who are unemployed currently.

The first benefit our product/service provides is that it creates a steady demand for the coffee farmers in Ethiopia who are not able to match the needs of the export market farmers unions Second benefit our product provides is that we focus on clean sourcing of our material being that we know where the coffee bean is grown from the start we are able to create a clean and safe product to our customers. Third benefit is that whenever we expand our outlet stores we are helping create jobs and helping motivate the economy.

The targeted beneficiaries are the low and middle income citizens who are not able to spend the price quality coffee producers are asking, as well as packed coffee consumers

Eyob Aberra managing partner responsible for the company works. Related to branding, marketing and content creation on the website, and cresting events in the coffee shop spaces Mr. Henok Aberra managing partner responsible for company relationship as to purchasing materials, creating relationships to widen the accessibility of the coffee shop meaning he is responsible for works to match the growing scalability plan. Ms. Hermela Taye, responsible for managing the financial department and legal department management of the company meaning administrative works of the company are managed and run by Ms Hermela Taye.

Our justification for choosing this answer is that our main plan is to create the quality coffee shops following taxi stations in the city, train stations and grow towards flight destinations of Ethiopian airlines making us accessible to areas of high foot traffic, this with every expansion of the branches we are committed to hiring employees and also training them to grow their skills to move up in the respective branches, speaking from the growth we had in a year whereby we opened new branches we did train and employ individuals with skills they can grow and have within themselves to fight against poverty.

With every coffee cup we sell our coffee shops offer a complimentary 330ml water as a unique selling point coming to the consumer with the intention of providing a means for them to clean their mouth odor, help with digestion because coffee is a bit heavy on the stomach, we are also keen and strictly adhere to the standards and qualities as expected of our buisness.
