Betnet ICT is Ethiopia based company developing web based platform accessible via web and mobile app promoting hussle-free reach and access by managing and scaling information availability of local house market global level 24/7.Further more implements a way to the use of technology in alleviating the barrier issues ,unpleasant and inconvenient circumstance of clients in the market by connecting different segment and house market parties as such buyers ,sellers, renter, brokers ,sales firms ,estate consultants ,commercial building and residential lease firms, and freelance individuals at one place enabling them get what they need at ease.

01.02 What is the main problem you are trying to solve?

Today in Ethiopia mainly urban and suburban society encountering major issue in finding to buy or rent suitable and authentic houses or lease commercial shop / office space which are already well built, empty spaces or fully furnished is quite tiresome and its also difficult for clients to get all information they need and also in most cases house owners or house brokers to send out such information to clients locally and abroad i.e Ethiopians living outside. Also Real estate agents’ sale are also limited by advertisement and direct contacting method only for their build house or apartment which highly limit their customer reach and also very time consuming way to convince people to invest to these unfinished buildings.

Betnet platform is unique and comprehensive cloud based solution for house market place and comprised of network of house owners, agents, building manger, clients and real estates which parties at ease find, buy & sell or rent properties anywhere in Ethiopia; they able to identify, search, compare ,get analytics & insights and view all aspect of building or apartments virtually that they need through the multi-lingual user-friendly interface; hence this avoids tiresome and a lot time waste on searching and checking out the house physical appearance, details of the property and its neighborhood at location; enables clients from outside country to look for houses without middle man ,time and location limitation ;also clients can get professional consultation and insights on price ,location and such. Inaddition, the platform helps property owners/agents to manage their operations efficient and cost effectively.

And these become even more apparent when considering communities especially disabled people, people with illness, and people on low incomes. The lack of ease access to organized Information on your own on housing exposes them to unnecessary situation like conflict of Interest ,tiresome, numerous travels ,peel pressures ,stress ,facing unrealistic peoples ,frequent phone calls ,insults ,annoying , unprofessional and unreliable renters/buyers/brokers. Especially people like brokers and building owner / managment firms and sale firms workers health generally is affected due to the stressful and unease way of working i.e try to find people daily in out streets requires covering huge area traveling to locations on foot ,facing difficult weather condition ,long standing on place ,and talking people with different behavior ,intentions and response sets.
